It's been an amazing experience. The host was really nice and proactive in advising how we could check-in and get into the place. Also recommended the location of additional parking spaces which we needed as we were a large group. The communication was really easy but even more, the place was amazing. The location was great, in front of a beautiful park, and at walkable distance from all the touristic places and Murcia city centre. The apartment is huge, comfortable, and very nicely furnished, with plenty of storage room, comfy beds and sofas, and even a studio where 2 people could work remotely from. The terrace is fantastic and I only wish we have had more time to enjoy it. Next time I'm back in Murcia, I'll repeat this place. 100% would recommend.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en el apartamento de Esther y volveremos una tercera sin duda!! Esther muy amable y atenta en todo momento , el apartamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para nosotros y nuestro niño de 2 años, a dos pasos de la playa. Volveremos pronto! Gracias 🤩

Alquilamos el apartamento de Mercedes por una semana y en general la experiencia fue muy buena. El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, con preciosas vistas y todo muy limpio. Cada vez que necesitábamos un utensilio o aparato x, lo encontrábamos sin problema. Nos sorprendió gratamente que no entrasen mosquitos ni con las ventanas abiertas por la noche, aún así, disponíamos de enchufes y sprays antimosquitos, lo cual se agradece. Sin embargo, hubo un par de detalles que nos habría gustado saber de antemano: no se nos avisó de que la piscina estaría en obras toda la semana. Fue una pena, ya que era un servicio (incluido en el total) que en su día valorábamos mucho a la hora de escoger alojamiento y que, finalmente, no pudimos disfrutar. Además, el ventilador de techo no funcionaba correctamente con el mando: se podía encender la luz, pero no conseguimos que llegara a dar aire. A pesar de estos aspectos, es un muy buen apartamento para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas y cómodas.

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Right in the heart of Murcia. High street shops on the doorstep. No end of lovely restaurants to choose from. Our favourite was Mercado de Correos - Gastronomic. A must visit if you are nearby. We had a lovely short stay in Murcia. Maria is an excellent host and we look forward to coming back.

Las fotos y la descripción coincidían, a la playa caminando muy bien y cerca , nosotros íbamos en coche por ir con 2 peques pero con el parking de casa hacía todo más cómodo. Había de todo y mucho más para disfrutar de las piscinas y la playa, ideal para familias! Descansó garantizado!

Super séjour dans le logement d’Amanda. Tout était parfait. La résidence est très calme et sécurisée. Une immense piscine a deux pas de l’appartement qui est très peu fréquentée. L’appartement est équipé de tout ! Il ne manque absolument rien. Je recommande fortement et nous y retournerons a coup sur ! Pour finir, un grand merci a Amanda, qui est a l’écoute et très réactive. Une personne très gentille. Merci pour tout !

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für entspannte Tage braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal zum Abschalten – allerdings ist es empfehlenswert, mit einem Mietwagen anzureisen, da man so deutlich flexibler ist. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Leider war der Pool während unseres Aufenthalts wegen Reparaturen geschlossen, was etwas schade war – aber wir wurden im Vorfeld darüber informiert, was wir sehr fair fanden. Sobald der Pool wieder nutzbar ist, ist das sicher ein noch größerer Pluspunkt! Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was so well planned that things just fell into place. We contacted each other regularly before and during our visit. Ilona’s folder was so informative and so helpful. The views from the Penthouse apartment are stunning. It was so easy with the pool, restaurant and Spar supermarket all close by and Sucina only 5 minutes away with so much to offer. We’ll look back and enjoy our fantastic holiday.

Fabulous apartment and met all expectations. Host provided excellent communication before and throughout are stay. The position of the apartment is ideal as it is close to the beautiful swimming pool and resort centre. The golf course is amazing and kept in pristine condition as is the resort. We cannot wait to return very soon. Thank you Tomáš for sharing your fabulous apartment. As a family we had everything we needed.

What a cozy place! The beds are super comfortable, there's a homey vibe to the entire apartment and the complex is new and super modern. Relaxing on the terrace was probably my favorite, but it's also worth mentioning how relaxing the entire area is. Great place to get away from the daily chaos and just recharge your batteries, I look forward to coming back. Thanks again Alex!

Excelente casa

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

Booked this apartment for a golf trip for 3 adults and it was perfect for us. Right beside the golf course, in fact, we watched the junior tournament from the balcony as they were all coming into the 18th hole. Balcony was spacious and plenty of seating. House was clean and tidy and had everything we needed, including underground parking for the hire car. One of us got out the car, grabbed the keys from the lock box, went upstairs and grabbed the garage door fob and went back down and opened it for the car to get in. It’s 3-4 minute walk to restaurants and bars so very easy location for that, and flat walk all the way along. Overall nice apartment and I would go back next time I’m visiting the area.

Beautiful apartment, hot tub was a lovely touch. All linen provided along with beach towels and beach blankets which was a great addition. Area is very quiet, even the complex was super peaceful (not sure if this is because we visited in May so may have been out of season). We hired a car so commuting to bars restaurants shops etc was doable but without a car this may be more tricky. Very responsive and helpful hosts thank you for having us stay ☺️

Sergio ha sido muy atento en todo momento y nos ha ayudado en todo lo que necesitábamos. El apartamento tiene unas vistas impresionantes y está en zona muy tranquila. Volveríamos sin dudarlo

We had a lovely stay at Terry’s Airbnb — the apartment was perfect for a short getaway with our 15-month-old. The terrace’s glass doors offered protection from wind and sun, and opened fully when we wanted more sunshine. The provided amenities were great, including a cot, high chair, and baby cutlery. A small bonus would be having some coffee for the machine. Although we experienced a national power outage during our stay, Terry was very helpful and kept us updated — it didn’t affect our experience. The complex itself is excellent, with three great pools. While the immediate area isn’t the most charming, we enjoyed driving to nearby coastal spots for cafes and beaches. A car is definitely recommended.

El apartamento era muy bonito y acogedor con unas vistas espectaculares. Sin duda volaríamos a repetir 🥰

Väldigt fint boende som har allt man behöver för en semester, grill, jacuzzi, pool och bra utrustat kök! Nackdelen med området är att det är kuperat och gångavståndet till stranden är kanske närmre 20 min.

Lovely apartment stocked with everything you need for your stay. Really close to Cabo Roig strip with lots of bars and restaurants within a short distance. Beach at back of property and great views of sea and area from the balcony. Host was kind enough to let us stay later to help with a late evening flight so 5 stars from us. Many thanks again

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.
