Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

Everything great, the place was very clean. We can only recommend it.

We had an amazing week at the villa. Walkable to the beach, local towns , carrefour, shops and restaurants. The house was perfect inside and out and we had more than we needed. Thank you! We will be back!

The apartment is a dream, just like the photos. The kitchen is well equipped for those of us who like to cook. The parking is very comfortable, it is not roofed, but an SUV can enter without problems. The WiFi speed ranges from 200 to 400 Mbps, ideal for those who work remotely. The sunsets, as it says in the descriptions: the best in Spain.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

Brilliant house with the most perfect, heated pool that we struggled to get out of! The house had so many useful amenities and communication with Florence and check in with her agent Kevin was seamless. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house!

Hosts were very helpful and flexible, always responsive and friendly. The villa was very clean and very quiet! Also walking distance to the supermarket and the town. We had a great stay and would recommend!

Was allowed to check in early which was great as landed early. Villa was amazing…. Having 3 bathrooms was a god send as everyone could shower at their leisure Golf course was stunning and restaurant done lovely food - 16 min walk from villa Getting to nearest village / bars etc is short taxi ride Pavo was extremely helpful and always quick to respond Will defo rent again !!!!!

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Fantastic location beach front property, breath taking views near all amenities shops and restaurants, amazing facilities this property has everything you need for any length of holiday allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled as we had an early fight. Ana who met us at the apartment was very welcoming and informative alround five star service everyone in the party were amazed with everything thank you so much for making everything easy and running so smoothly. loved it so much ❤️

Fully recommended house, equipped with all the amenities and very clean, no detail is missing Located in a quiet area, with plenty of gardens to walk in and close to the Mar Menor beach. We will definitely repeat David, Larisa, Atreyu

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

Wow! If you have the chance, book ii! You will not find a more beautiful place or better location. We marveled at every gorgeous designer detail, from the luxury baths to the chef’s kitchen, set in a spectacular loft. It’s in the middle of upscale shopping and restaurants, walk a few minutes to everything right out your door. The host was friendly and instantly responded to messages - including great restaurant advice. Go to Mares Brava for the best local seafood and hidden beach! We chose Cartegena by chance because it was on our driving route across Spain. . We were so surprised by its beauty and quality of life. Lots to do and see. The Roman amphitheater was a highlight, maybe a 5 min walk. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment but very easy. Highly recommended!

We had a great family holiday here and could not recommend this place enough! If you have the opportunity to go, please do! The property itself was modern, well kept, clean and beautiful. The pool was clean and relaxing. The host left toys and balls to play with. This was great for kids. The neighbour was undergoing some construction but nothing that interfered with our experience. A short walk away was a beautiful lagoon, gym, play area, crazy golf, basketball court. It was so much fun. The supermarkets were local and the kitchen was great to host lovely dinners/lunch and breakfast. The local town is also worth a visit. The host was friendly and responsive. They were also very helpful. 10/10! Will definitely be back! Thanks very much !

We had a wonderful, relaxing and peaceful week. Thomas & Elin were great hosts and the villa was perfect. The pool/terrace were fantastic too. We would thoroughly recommend for anyone requiring a quiet holiday.

Very pleasant and functional accommodation, attention to detail provided on our arrival: drinks, ice cubes, coffee and any cleaning products from garbage bags to laundry detergent. (May be left by other tenants, but leave for the use of the next tenant, thank you) which facilitates the installation . As soon as you arrive you can discover the region 20/25 min by car and you are already in a more lively area and with beach and shops. Ideal for discovering an area from Manga 50 min (unmissable) to Torrevieja 40min much more lively. If your desire is to discover the area by staying quiet,being able to enjoy and relax in a perfectly maintained and equipped residence, you are at the right address. We loved this villa! It was in a perfect, quiet location and the heated pool was great for our baby. Every bedroom had an ensuite which was great. Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Beautiful villa, will be coming back!

Absolutely stunning home. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Bev and Spencer were fabulous hosts, gave us great recommendations of places to visit and were super responsive when we had an issue, which I must add was beyond their control. The villa was clean, tidy and homely. Great facilities at the villa, the BBQ area/bar was great, and we have come home with a case of clean clothes as there is a washing machine. We would highly recommend! Thankyou both :)
