Vacation rentals with a balcony in Jefferson Parish

We are so happy we found this magnificent place! Everything about it is absolutely perfect! Surprisingly quite for the location. Walkable to everything!

Exactly as described and pictured. One block from St. Charles trolley made getting around easy. Very clean, and all needed basics provided. Would stay again. For those with mobility issues, be aware, 17 steps between first and second floors.

This place was extremely walkable to everything in the French quarter. The Balcony is perfect for resting during/after a long day of exploring. But you still feel like a part of the action. Perfect for people watching ;) We enjoyed the authentic historic details of the apartment & the beautiful building. We were a party of 5 and it was a little tight regarding the bathroom which is small. But it had everything we needed and the big private open window was great. There was plenty of towels, blankets & other amenities available which was awesome. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!

Literally a perfect Airbnb with even more perfect hosts!! Mike and Kiki were overly generous, accommodating and offered incredible support and information, especially since it was my first time in NOLA! They are in a perfect location as everything is walkable from bourbon street to higher end nicer bars/restaurants. We felt completely safe the entire time while walking to and from this awesome Airbnb. The space itself was perfect, quiet and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a perfect week in NOLA. Mike and Kiki are full of inside info and are happy to share it with their guests. Don’t think twice and book this place!! Thank you both again for everything and we will see again soon.

A true gem in every sense of the word. By far the most lovely Airbnb we have ever rented. I am particular, type A - I like things pristine. I had not one single complaint. Everything was perfect, extremely comfortable, extremely beautiful and in a perfect location. It was safe, quiet, and in a lovely neighborhood with very good restaurants. It was also very easy to stay at with a young family. Our son slept quite comfortably on the pullout sofa, which was easy to put back each morning. We then had the privacy of the rest of the apartment to ourselves at night including the TV, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. We do hope to return one day.

Loved this place. Definitely had the New Orleans charm. Wonderful floors, lovely bathroom. Nice little balcony. Nice touches like little shampoos, lotion and such. Location was nice since it's right off the main road. Easy to get in to the place. Within walking distance of Magazine with so many shops and restaurants. We were able to use the one parking spot that the 2 places share. I would definitely stay at this place again!!

This was an extended weekend trip for my birthday with friends. The staff were helpful and friendly. The design of the units are just as seen in the pictures. Very nicely laid out. There was a housekeeping issue when we first arrived, which they quickly remedied. All and all a great stay!!!

Place was awesome. In a great location. Was a little noise throughout the night. But didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. Look forward to staying again! Beau was super helpful and really responsive.

The Natchez was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. It was walking distance to practically everything you would need for a trip to New Orleans! The space was spotless, and extremely comfortable. Each one of us on our trip loved our rooms and how unique each one felt. The front desk employees were also extremely helpful and kind when asking for recommendations. If anyone tells me they are coming to New Orleans, I am recommending The Natchez!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this place and both times have been absolutely amazing. Middle distance from Canal and the French Quarter so it’s a great location. Everything about it is good. The only downside we had to this day was it was quite dirty behind the beds so when the pillows fell down there, they got a lot of dirt on them. Other than that, it was great.

Had a great stay. Highly recommend, hidden gem for sure! Only complain is one seat in the hot tub had functioning jets otherwise we loved our stay.

Loved the place! Felt luxurious and spacious. Had everything we needed. There was a slight water issue and Beau was super proactive, communicative and made our stay in his gorgeous flat very memorable. I would move there if I could! I loved the style and taste he packed into the place without making it feel cramped or cluttered. Felt like an upscale penthouse home away from home. Would definitely recommend and return. LOVE!

We had a great time- really nice location, right along the street car, and the space was comfortable. We had great experiences at a few nearby restaurants (celiac safe, also, for anyone who needs GF). Great directions and communication. Thankful to use the space for the weekend!
