Balcony Suite on Tchoupitoulas by Convention Centr

CorrynRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This is a charming, beautiful beautiful building with soul and history, a romantic and unique-to-New-Orleans 'Streetcar Named Desire' style, and is lovingly restored and immaculately cared for. All of the furniture and apartment accoutrements are high quality and tasteful, a swoon-worthy mix of vintage and modern. Neil went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our short stay. The immediate area is slightly industrial, and there was loud machinery noise early on a Saturday morning (bring ear plugs if you plan on sleeping in) but it's just a short and peaceful walk to Magazine Street and the Garden District (highlights were the gumbo at Gris-Gris & Century Girl vintage.) Note that if you are sharing this small space that the bathroom wall design does not fully enclose the area, making the upstairs suite best suited to solo travelers or well-established couples. Quirky, magical and authentic, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here on again future visits to the city.
A sunset view displays vibrant hues of orange and pink in the sky, casting a warm glow over the landscape. Silhouetted against the sunset, church spires and historic buildings frame the scene along the waterfront, reflecting a serene atmosphere.

Our stay was great, the place was exactly what we needed and in a great area. Parking was easy to find with a reasonable distance as well, which is a major plus staying in this particular area of Nola. Would definitely stay here again.

Garden District Guesthouse and Beautiful Courtyard

Bette & DavidRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful stay at Kristen's lovely guesthouse. The location was perfect for us: away from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter, but easy to get where we needed to go by streetcar. The guesthouse was charming and the large courtyard was magical. We felt right at home from the outset. But the best thing about our stay was Kristen herself: a wonderful host who goes above and beyond. The kitchen was generously stocked with snacks and beverages, including beer and wine, and she gifted us a nice bottle of wine for my husband's birthday. We arrived early, before the guesthouse was available, and Kristen not only kept our luggage at her home while we went out to explore, but carried our heavy suitcase and other luggage to the guesthouse before we got back. Highly recommend this gem in the Garden District!

Chic Luxury Bourbon St w/ Balcony King & Queen Bed

YasaminRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We had a great stay and we're surprised to find out we were on a parade route! Our host was wonderful and very thoughtful. For being directly on Burbon st, you really can't hear much in the rooms. We had a jazz busker below our balcony most of our stay. He was very talented and we loved having his music in the background of our stay. I would absolutely recommend this listing!
A compact living area features a bed with a patterned coverlet centered against a turquoise wall. A dining table with yellow chairs sits beside a small kitchen area with a fridge. The floor is adorned with geometric tiles and colorful rugs. Nature-themed wall art enhances the space.

Studio Retreat in Safe New Orleans Neighborhood

AsandiRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Fred was one of the most gracious Airbnb hosts I've encountered. The neighborhood was super quiet and a nice retreat from the NOLA Super Bowl activities. It was conveniently located and only 15 minutes from Frenchmen Street without traffic. We did not have any issues during our stay and found Fred to be quite accommodating. The space was as described and as it looked in the photos. A pleasant surprise were the complimentary beverages in the fridge. While we didn't need it, I appreciated the convenience and access to a washer and dryer. Also, we were allowed to park in the driveway. Fred was a great host.

Clean, Family-Friendly Pad near Quarter / Jazzfest

ConnieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Wonderful ten night stay at Jason's. This might be my favorite neighborhood, there are lots of closeby amenities like restaurants, bars, and local grocery store. Easy walk up to City Park and quick bike/car ride down to the French Quarter/Frenchmen St. Plentiful parking, I was always able to park within 100 ft of the house. The space is accurately described and photographed in the listing: spacious with modern furnishings and decor, and devoid of clutter. Well outfitted kitchen, excellent shower, comfy bed. As someone who travels frequently for work, I greatly appreciated the big dining table where I could spread out and with excellent overhead lighting. The floor is concrete with area rugs, so you might enjoy bringing house slippers if you don't wear outdoor shoes inside. Jason was an excellent, responsive, and kind host. He and his family live upstairs and are ready to help with local recommendations or any questions. Absolutely would recommend staying here! Thank you, Jason!
A modern living area showcases a light-colored sofa adorned with purple and gold accent pillows. A round coffee table holds decorative items, and a potted plant adds a touch of greenery. The open kitchen features stainless appliances and a breakfast bar with stools.

Loved this Airbnb! It’s in a great location, right off Magazine St. and very walkable to restaurants and shops. Michelle and Ashley were the best hosts. They were so kind and thoughtful. They had everything stocked such as laundry detergent, dish soap, phone chargers, everything we needed was already there! It was the perfect place to stay and we are already looking to come back.
