Very nice place, excellent communication with host very helpful, quiet neighborhood, definitely will book this place again in future visit to New Orleans

This place was one of the greatest I've experienced! wonderfully peaceful and not too far from NOLA with all the amenities plus extras! I plan to take up fishing specifically to use this place to it's full potential!

This is our second stay at Kelly's; it works great for our extended family. With three of the six bedrooms being bunk rooms none of the grandkids (the majority being teenagers now) had to share a bed so that was great The on demand water heater works great so no one ever has to take a cold shower. When Kelly learned that I needed an electric griddle for making pancakes for everyone he saw to it that one was ordered and delivered to the house! Though we came for Mardi Gras it was nice to escape the business of the city and relax in the peacefulness of the area.

The same excellent stay as next door months ago. In addition to those accolades, Chloe responded immediately to the barking dog of the guests in the other unit. They were contacted and very apologetic. After, rather than leaving the dog (a sweet puppy) when they went out, they either took her with them or made arrangements for someone to stay with her—problem solved. It was blissfully quiet thereafter—thanks, Chloe.

Thank you Lavish Beast for allowing me to stay on short notice. He responded EVERYTIME I had a question. The house was clean and in a peaceful area. I had clear instructions and didn’t wanna leave. Thank you again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We were in town for multiple family events, all of which were located in Metairie or in the West End area, so the location was ideal. The home was clean, comfortable and well-maintained with lots of amenities. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The hosts were friendly, accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

What an amazing place to stay when visiting the big easy! Right on a gorgeous canal in a quiet serene part of the city. Great spots to walk the dog nearby. Good coffee shop just a couple blocks away. Street parking was easy and never hard to find during my stay. It’s a cozy space for one or two people. The bathroom was a little awkward for a big guy like me but manageable. And odd bathroom layouts are a New Orleans staple I’m told. I would definitely stay again. I’ll absolutely come back to the city again visiting for just a weekend was not enough time.

Great, accommodating stay in one of my favorite New Orleans neighborhoods. Maxie and Lydia were able to host us last minute, which was incredibly appreciated. The spot is simple but clean and comfortable and clearly well thought of. Would recommend for those looking for an affordable, quality stay in a quiet yet charming neighborhood.

This place was great! Original Airbnb got canceled the day of us coming down to New Orleans. I found this wonderful Airbnb. The host was responsive, kind, and helpful. The house was clean had clean linen etc. New Orleans is truly my second home so I will definitely be booking again.
