This cottage is two blocks from St. Charles Ave., a major (family-friendly) parade route during Mardi Gras and main thoroughfare to get around the city. Conveniently steps away from many restaurants, bars, and a small grocery store. The St. Charles Ave. streetcar will take you to the French Quarter and to the uptown area where you can visit Loyola or Tulane Universities and the can't miss Audubon Park (and zoo). Cost is $1.25 to ride. From there, jump on a bus to get to the other areas of the city. Free street parking is available. Bike Share station close by. Queen size bed with Casper mattress, well appointed kitchen with cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware, dishes, flatware. All linens, towels, products provided. The front balcony overlooking Race St, two doors from Magazine St and MoJo Coffee, is a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Wonderfully walkable neighborhood.
