Monthly Rentals in Jasenice

This efficiency apartment was immaculate throughout. We used the lounge chairs and a table outside where we had our drinks and enjoyed the view of the lake. I wish we could have stayed more than 1 night!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, just like shown and described. Everything was perfectly clean and very nice decorated. We had everything we needed and didn't miss anything. Novigrad itself is a jewel of the Dalmatian coast. The area around is very rich of beautiful nature, different activities and high quality food. We received a lot of great recommendations for exploring everything. The hosts of this apartment are extremely nice, generous and supportive. We had a wonderful time here and will definitely come back. Thank you so much for everything!

Toni was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us the house, he was very flexible in our arrival time. Spacious and clean house. View from the balcony is amazing as seen in the pictures. Comfortable couch and matrass. Pillows for sleeping were a bit too soft/squishy for our liking, but that's personal taste. Kitchen was fully equipped, also with oil and herbs. Bathroom was nice, really clean, a lot of towels and even shampoo and laundry detergent supplied. Great place to stay near Zadar and the surrounding nature parks. Recommendation: Modric cave, just 6min away by car. 2 small supermarkets nearby and a big one at +-10-15min drive. Lot of free spacious parking space right in front of the building. All in all, great stay at Tonis place.

Accommodation in perfect condition. Friendly hosts and always attentive. This is an apartment but it is almost a house since the whole floor including the terrace, swimming pool and access are private. The hosts live on the ground floor, their terrace is on the opposite side of the apartment's terrace. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space. You are 200 m from the sea, 30 minutes from Zadar, 1 hour from the north of the island of Pag, 1 hour 20 minutes from Plivitje Park, 1 hour 30 minutes from Split, in short in a strategic enough place to visit and/or hike. There are supermarkets in the village and a good number of good restaurants around. In summary, it's really a beautiful place to stay.
