Perfect little picturesque village, one of the best in Madeira! Very easy to travel around the island if you have a car The villa is really modern, with everything you need The host is really friendly and helpful We loved the welcoming gift and the fact that you could get drinking water in the villa, so no need to buy plastic bottles The bed is comfy too, with awesome huge comforter! The terrace is amazing for breakfast outside! The only tiny drawback is probably the pool It is heated, but still only comfortable to swim in sunny weather, late evening it’s too cold + the distance from our unit to the pool was quite long (up the stairs + all the way round the house)

We had a great time at the Uni studio. The view of the coast and ocean is exceptional. The studio is perfectly equipped for a short trip. The private terrace as well as the garden and pool are very pleasant in good weather. Jardim do Mar is a picturesque village that is only pedestrianized, which also gives it its charm. Jota is a considerate host who makes sure everything goes smoothly.

We spent lovely days at the property. We were warmly picked up by his father from the parking lot although we arrived very late (flight delay). He helped us carry the luggage to the apartment. There was a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine for us to welcome us. Thank you. We would always choose Germano's accommodation for the stay in Madeira. Communication with Germano was also very good..He was very quick to respond and inquired if everything was okay. Thanks for the wonderful time there.

Frederico's loft is amazing, this is the best view I've ever had at an Airbnb. We spent a lot of time at the terrace in the sun and all the windows made the apartment feel very light. Everything you need is there and communication went very smooth. Would definitely recommend!
