Good spot for a long weekend! Nice location with plenty to do in the immediate vicinity and the F/G around the corner. Travis was responsive and flexible with arrival/departure times, which we appreciated.

It was a great place to stay . Our family was so happy staying at the place. There’s no complaints getting there or even in the house. Very affordable too. We can definitely recommend you to staying here metro is near to go downtown.

We had a great stay. We were up for an Adelphi graduation. This was a great location close to the school and the LIRR station. Very nice house with a great back yard and deck for hanging out.

Nicole is a phenomenal host and was so easy to chat with! We had a wonderful time and we would 100% book again in the future. She’s a dedicated host and we had a very flexible check in & check out. Nicole was readily available to answer any questions we had. The view is lovely and we adored the decor and layout of her Airbnb! What stood out the most to me is her binder that includes all you need to know about the area, food / date recommendations, schedules, etc. I thought that was very helpful and endearing. She goes above and beyond, you can tell she is passionate about her guests having a great time. What a great stay ! Robert is fantastic, welcoming and thoughtful throughout our stay! My son wanted to play his guitar and needed a few strings Robert went above and beyond by having those strings and giving them to him, such a thoughtful gesture. Place is great has everything you need! Turn the AC on and the provided fans and it’s plenty cool enough. Backyard pool is beautiful! Would definitely recommend this to friends and would love to stay again!

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

The apartment is very nice and well equipped. The building has several amenities and access is very comfortable. The walk to the train station is short and from this station you can travel frequently to New York City and various destinations in New Jersey and other states. In addition, the building is very close to Rutgers University. The apartment is located in a quiet area of New Brunswick and very close to restaurants and cafes. The hosts responded immediately to my questions, giving me excellent service. I highly recommend it.

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. What can you say that hasn't been already said by previous reviewers. John's house in Freeport is a gem. Perfect getway for weekend for our family. We were greeted by a nice bottle of wine and a generous basket of snacks (always a nice touch). The house was spacious and super clean. The beds were extremely comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. So many fun things we really didn't get to take advantage of (Tiki Room, fire pit etc..). But the crowning jewel is the location on the water. If you just want a place to sit and relax as the sun rises or sets (yes you get to see both from the back deck) this is your place. John was a gracious and responsive host. We hope to be back next year.

The location was perfect for our trip to the Statue of Liberty. Liberty Park was just a short drive away. The space was clean and had excellent amenities. Although the weather didn’t allow for us to enjoy the pool, it looked clean, relaxing, and inviting. The PS5 kept my boys entertained due to the rainy weather. The beds were very comfortable. Check-in instructions were clear and made getting inside the property easy. Islam was a great host and messages were answered timely and informatively.

Rrezarta was amazing she is warm and welcoming and very helpful. The apartment has all the stuff you need for a family and beach stuff too!

Adorable place just enough space for our needs, open floor plan, clean and accommodating. Our dogs loved it, thankful to have a space that we didnt have to worry about their safety while on vacation with us. Host was informative and responsive. A 20 minute drive to Jones Beach. Quiet, pristine neighborhood. Highly recommend if traveling with your four legged kids!

Great stay, no issues with finding the building/room.

Clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Our host was responsive and made check in and out a breeze. I had to work remotely while there and the WiFi was never an issue. A good location for an affordable base. 30-40 min drive to Brooklyn and about an hour from the city when traffic was peak. We had our car so it may be even closer with public transport. Highly recommend.

My sister, my neice and nephew were all very happy with the Air B n B. It was truly like a home from home, it was clean and tidy and had all the immenities necessary for our stay. Kevin was very friendly and helpful. I shall be returning to NYC next year and plan on staying at Kevin's great Air B n B spot, subject to availability, as it's very popular. Maureen's place is wonderful. It is very clean. The apartment is spacious. There is more than enough room for seven people. It has everything we need for restful stay. The surrounding area is quiet and safe.
