Vacation rentals with a patio in Jaco

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! The place was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay week long stay. But the real highlight? The pool! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures—crystal clear, surrounded by lush greenery, and the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The location was ideal—just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and the beach, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. And the host? Absolutely amazing. Super responsive and friendly. You can tell they truly care about making your stay perfect. We’re already planning our return!

This was hands down one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed! It felt as though we were the only ones there! Everything in the condo was wonderful. When we do return to Costa Rica, we will stay here again! It truly made us feel like royalty! Fantasy Island at his finest.! Loved it! Great Host!

We booked this Airbnb for a week-long girls trip, and it exceeded all of our expectations! There were five of us in our twenties, and we felt incredibly safe and comfortable the entire stay. The location of this beachfront luxury condo was absolutely perfect — everything in Jaco was easily accessible and simple to navigate from here. The condo itself was spotless, quiet at night, and thoughtfully laid out. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, plus there was a convenient half bath in the living area. The pool was beautiful, and having the ocean right outside our door was just amazing. Security was top-notch, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. David even provided us with a list of great restaurant recommendations and fun excursions — they truly thought of everything! If you’re visiting Jaco, Costa Rica, don’t hesitate to book this place — whether it’s with your girls or your family. Thank you again to David for the amazing hospitality!

Amy’s place was perfect for us. The location was very nice and private, close to restaurants and close enough to many attractions. We loved the pool and enjoyed it as much as we could. Amy was very proactive, she gave us many good recommendations, checked in on us many times and overall was very friendly. We would definitely come back and stay there again.

This place was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to the Main Street area to eat but far enough away for peace and quiet. It was nice eating breakfast on the porch, listening to the waves crash on the beach. Antonio was always quick to respond to any questions and to give his opinion on stuff to do locally. I would stay here again if we ever get back to CR. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the small pool—it was perfect for relaxing—and having a washer and dryer made things so convenient during our trip. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. A beautiful house! With very nice details in sight, my family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Super close to downtown, super safe, the pool is spectacular and she is an excellent host, very friendly and diligent. We had a beautiful trip full of peace and quiet.

The house was charming, private and safe. Directions were perfect. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, house is easy access off main highway and located right beside security in a gated community. Host was hyper organised and responsive with directions, instructions online and in hard copy guidebook to facilitate our stay, would recommend without hesitation.

Our family stayed for ten nights as a home base to explore the Pacific side of Costa Rica. The pool was fantastic! I especially enjoyed the bottom pool that doubles as hot tub (when my kids weren't in the upper half splashing the cold water into it). The pool is very large with lots of space for splashing, and there is so much wildlife and bird-watching off of the amazing porch and decks. We were mesmerized by the scarlet macaws that flew by and sometimes roosted nearby. Being in the mountains, you are literally in the clouds. It was other-worldly when they rolled in most afternoons. So cool! Indoors: we utilized the kitchen quite frequently, making dinner every night. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking. The living area was very comfortable and great for watching TV together in the evening. Bathrooms and bedrooms were well-appointed with what we needed, and the washer/dryer was great to have, as we are light packers and did get muddy some days. Overall a wonderful stay!

Everything was fine, only the little detail that bothered us in terms of health, that smoking is allowed in the facilities and the smell is quite uncomfortable and unpleasant both in the pool and in the apartment. However, Priscila was attentive to give us answers at all times.

We loved it. We were able to rest and relax. The apartment is very cozy, with everything you need.

Amy’s place is the perfect place to rest after a long day full of outdoor activities. The neatness and peacefulness of her place is ideal for re-energizing after a long day while you reflect about the day and plan the next one. The AC, laundry space, water treater, etc; made us feel’s being in a tropical paradise with all the common North American comfort.

We enjoyed this condo very much, especially the proximity to the beautiful pool! Being on the first floor was perfect so we could easily go in and out. Sitting on the patio every morning drinking coffee and listening to the waves was wonderful. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and Jacó was a good location in terms of proximity to the airport and activities that we wanted to experience. I hope we can come back and visit this beautiful place again!

I was driving south and needed a place to stay last minute and Josep responded within 1 minute with my question which was great. We were traveling with two cars and there was no issue with parking. I think the listing says 1 car space available but there was room for two which was what we needed. Thank you.

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!

Our stay at Damien’s place was perfect for our family. The place was clean, in a great location (walkable to many restaurants, the beach, stores, etc) and access to the pool was perfect for us and our 3 year old. Damien was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He helped us with local tours, recommendations, and set us up with items for our daughter specially. The kind of host you wish for every time! Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone!

We appreciate the weekend stay at the Jaco Bay and Don Ricardo Condominium, as we felt at home. A very nice, safe, quiet, organized, accessible and centrally located place. I recommend it for your vacation, we have no complaints.
