Andrew and Phoebe's place was perfect for our short stay in Atlanta. Located on a quiet street with a picturesque backyard, the apartment was even nicer in person than in the photos. Super clean, comfortable bed, and luxurious bathroom. The hosts were very responsive, even when we needed a little assistance with the keypad at check in. The only drawback was that there didn't seem to be much of a sound barrier between the unit below us, and the sound of young kids playing loudly woke us up both mornings. Otherwise everything was perfect.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Demi was very responsive and super nice! I came in to a super clean place. We had extra washcloths and bed sheets/covers. She had a Keurig with coffee pods and extra waters in the fridge! Our stay was lovely and the beds very comfy! Thanks Demi!!

This was our first visit to Covington and staying at Sarah’s place made it even better. Nice quiet neighborhood close to the square. Perfect!! Extremely impressed and will return in the future!

Jackie’s place was the best experience yet that we have had in Air B&B. Visually the atmosphere is very pleasing and hospitable. Our every need and question was taken into consideration before we ever even met. There were explicit instructions about how to operate the TV, what to do or who to contact if any problems were encountered with the property, local places of interest, convenient restaurants with delivery and/ or pickup, and even items included on the premises folks may have forgotten or overlooked in their packing. She was so sweet to have given us a welcoming basket with her own homemade delicious pound cake and other nice snacks for travelers fresh off the road. At our departure, we received lovely note and some decorative soaps. It was a very comfortable, quiet and serene place to stay! We will definitely check to see if she has availability and hopefully stay there on our next trip to the Conyers area. Great hosts, property, close to family-what more could we ask for.😊

I had an amazing experience staying at the penthouse for my birthday weekend from Friday to Sunday. Everything about the stay was perfect—from the moment I arrived, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and looked exactly like the pictures, if not better in person. I truly enjoyed every moment and felt right at home. Our two family's of four fit perfectly in this beautiful home! The home was cozy and comfortable and there was always something for the kids to do. It was private and lovely getaway that was a perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle of the big City but close enough that we could drive to our fun activities we had planned for each day. The owner's were very responsive to all communication and flexible to our requests. Around the home there were QR codes with short videos on how to use the technology and systems that were incredibly helpful. The small touches made our stay feel welcome and inviting. We would certainly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in the Atlanta vicinity!

Dear diary, our stay was epic. You guessed it, fan girl wife writing the review lol. Pictures don’t do it justice for when you walk in for the first time. The attention to detail was phenomenal with decor choices. Our 8 year old daughter was OBSESSED with Elena’s room and felt like she was in her actual room. This was our 4th year coming to Covington, first stay at Home Suite Salvatore, and would absolutely recommend the experience. The home is a short, easy walk to all of the fan favorite filming locations. The host is very thoughtful and we couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable stay.

We were in the area one night for a wedding and our original rental cancelled on us last minute leaving us in a bad spot. We were thrilled to find Renee's place available. She responded quickly to our questions, even accommodated a later checkout, and made what was a bad situation so much better than the original plan. Her place is even better than pictured and she's gone above and beyond with so many extra touches. The home is immaculate, beds are comfortable, and every amenity you could think of is provided. We only wish that we were in the area longer to be able to stay here longer.

We so enjoyed our stay at Gary's home!!! Once or twice each year we find a central location for our Florida and South Carolina children and grandchildren to be together. Gary's beautiful home on one of the most gorgeous lots on the lake was the perfect accommodation. Everything was exactly as advertised! The space was ideal for 7 adults and 3 grandchildren. You can expect exactly what you see in the photos and even more impressive in person! We enjoyed relaxing on the dock, in the hammock & sitting by the lake at sunset. Gary was the perfect host! I stayed here for my bachelorette party! It was amazing. It gave that Mystic Falls feel but felt super homey as well! You get complementary blood bags and cookies upon arrival, and priority seating at the grill. The host was super responsive, anytime I needed something it wouldn’t take her long to get back to me and help me with whatever it was! She’s super patient and honestly a phenomenal host! If you get the chance I would stay here! I’m already planning another trip back to this house! There were also little TVD easter eggs! The master bed has the most comfortable bed as well!

This was my third time staying at the Hideaway and my first time booking on my own and not as a guest. Amanda made the booking process easy and ensured we had a great experience staying in our home away from home and exploring the town. She and Katherine (yes, THAT Katherine) provided an unforgettable experience full of fun and surprises. Amanda’s attention to detail surrounding the vampire diaries universe coupled with her impeccable customer service create an experience that cannot be beaten. Already planning the next trip!

Let me start this place was absolutely beautiful!! I have stayed in many bnb but Ive never been in one so setup I literally felt like I was at a relative guest house it was equipped with everything literally on down to deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush in case you forgot your own. I traveled with my in-laws and they have knee problems she went as far as to send a a picture where they can access the apartment without the couple steps. While we were there we accidentally broke a couple dishes offered to pay she turned it saying accidents happens I forgot to mention the games, the snacks and a cabinet full of seasonings to cook. Oh yeah we was looking for something to do she has a notebook full food and activity places if you’re looking at this place don’t hesitate to book her response time was almost immediately every time

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

I had a great stay at Julian’s place! He was incredibly professional and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and made check-in seamless. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also super convenient, centrally located with easy access to everything I needed in Atlanta. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Julian as a host!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

What was off-putting was handled swiftly and what was right was great. Anjel was a great host. I will return.
