The place is outstanding! The home is clean, furniture is comfortable, lake views are awesome, appliances are new. We look forward to coming back!

We had an amazing stay! Kids loved fishing and neighbors were great when we saw them. We will return for sure.

Everything was great very comfy. I didn’t have any issues to contact the host about except storing the kayaks. He was very responsive. The only complaint if I had one is I wanted to write in the guest book but there was literally no pen.

It was a great location for Milledgeville and Eatonton. We also found a great nursery where we bought an apple tree and a fig tree.

The space was beautiful. There was a problem with the hot water heater but, the problem was resolved in good timing.

Susan’s Lake House was perfect for a cozy Christmas. It was beautiful with everything we needed. She was quick to respond when we had a question. We hope to come back during the summer to enjoy the lake!

This home was so lovely. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing space off the beaten path. As soon as you pull up you feel right at home. We traveled with a mutigenerational family and the home had something for everyone. There was plenty of space that we all felt we could be together or have our independent time. The screened in porch was perfect for eating dinner or lounging as you have your moring coffee and had a beautiful view of the lake. The house was well stocked to cook a family meal and sleeping spaces and beds were great. The kids (and I) loved the kayaks and paddle boards and fishing off the dock. The sanded "beach" they created was a great lounge area with a mix of sun and shade and was a nice alternative from the grass. Alice was a great communicator, was extremely helpful and quick to respond. We would absolutely stay again in the future.

This place was everything that I expected plus some. The atmosphere was so peaceful and beautiful and I had an amazing time. The host communicated quickly and the instructions were very clear.

We loved our time at this cottage, particularly the private dock and quiet, peaceful setting. We will definitely look to rebook here anytime we need a quick getaway. We loved being disconnected with no tv. The dog loved swimming in the lake!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I’d need a whole new rating system. From the second we arrived, it was pure peace—quiet, spacious, and almost suspiciously serene. The owners were incredible: so accommodating, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming that we briefly considered asking if we could just live there. The lake was ridiculously beautiful, like a postcard you accidentally walked into. We spent time fishing with the poles they provided (very elite behavior) and just soaking up the view. The beds were outrageously comfortable—slept like absolute royalty. Inside, it felt like every tiny detail was curated for max cozy vibes, down to the hilarious and iconic Snoop Dogg cookbook waiting in the kitchen. It was the perfect mix of luxury and homey charm. This was more than just a stay—it was a full reset. Can’t recommend it enough. We’re already plotting our return like weird little lake goblins.

Derek was more the helpful from start to finish. There was nothing I didn't need he didn't have or went out and got. Very respectful and all around great guy. The place it self fit every need I had for my trip and will definitely book again. 5 stars🌟

What an awesome find!! We (wife and small dog) enjoyed our 4 night get-a-way.. was very quiet and peaceful with all the essentials we needed...and them some. The queen mattress and bedding were top quality not to mention the soft 5 star hotel quality towels. We spent most of our time on the dock fishing (caught and released alot of catfish) and relaxing in the screen porch. Check-in and check-out a breeze! Thanks!!!

We could not have asked for a better experience! Darrin's house was exactly as pictured- very clean, well maintained, and inviting. There were endless amenities provided, from extra toiletries and hair dryers to yard games, kayaks, and a fully stocked kitchen with every utensil and appliance needed. Some of the highlights were the pool, close proximity to the lake, a vintage arcade game that was fun for multiple generations, and an abundance of sitting areas to enjoy the view. Darrin was always prompt and friendly in his responses, and provided clear directions to make our stay easy. I would definitely stay here again!

This home was the perfect getaway retreat with our pups. The house was comfortable, well stocked with utensils and supplies, and laid out perfectly for a smaller space. The backyard steals the show - you can’t find a better lot on that lake for the price. Jami was very communicative throughout the process, and help me find a boat valet prior to booking. We will most certainly be back.

Had the best time. The home is huge, five of us stayed very comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans ect if you want to cook during your stay. The shining star was the back porch. We could all sit and enjoy the evenings together. We gathered one night around the fire pit as well! I got locked out (my own fault) and the hosts immediately responded to get me inside. It was a wonderful trip. Highly, highly recommend.

As a third time guest I cannot express how beautiful this lake house is. The home is stunning and stocked with everything you may need. The back yard and dock area offer perfect spaces for relaxing with family and friends. Denise is a wonderful host and will respond quickly to any questions or concerns you may have. We look forward to visiting again.

This was one of our favorite places to stay. We took a 2-week family trip touring schools for my daughter, so we stayed in about 7 airbnb's. This was one of our favorites! It was clean, comfortable and user friendly. We are a family of five and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and a clean bathroom to use. Also, we each had privacy after being together for so many days. It was overall perfect. The house was clean and aesthetically pleasing. We really enjoyed the snacks and the supplies that were available for guests. Overall, it was just great! We hope we can stay again when we travel.

Amazing hosts! We had Zero issues. I Loved everything. They checked off each and every need we had. From the easy check in, comfy beds, the spacious rooms, clean spaces, amenities, and the peaceful surroundings. Well worth the price and then some! I would highly recommend for large families or group adventures. Our group of 8 were very comfortable. The nighborhood was quiet and we felt safe the entire time. I would describe our lovely hosts as caring, classy, and thoughtful. Blessed to have had the chance to stay here. When we return we will definitely check for availability once more. Mahalo nui loa!! BEAUTIFUL! It looked like a R&B music video. Everything was perfect and pristine. The pillows on the couch ✨ sparkle the royal living room! I had a waaaay better experience in ATL than my peers that stayed at the Marriott! Although I chose not to cook this trip the kitchen appliances were top tier !! Loved it

My family and I had a great time in the at this location and surrounding area, definitely worth the trip and we will return…
