My partner and I stayed here for 5 days and had a great experience. This home was clean, safe, and comfortable. The neighborhood was in a great spot for restaurants and shopping. We would definitely recommend this place to any couple 👍🩷 thanks for having us!

This truly is a luxe lodging. Tami and Ryan have done an amazing job with renovating this historical building, making it look classy and modern while retaining some historical touches. The neighborhood is very quiet. It was lovely to listen to birdsong rather than traffic in the mornings, but it's still only a few minutes' drive to restaurants, museums, and other attractions.

This place is exactly like described! We are so glad we chose this place. Exactly what we were looking for. Very convenient to Science City, LegoLand, Crown Center and the Plaza. Casey was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful.

Place was super cute and close to many, many things. Easy to get to and in and out of. Everything was well kept and clean. Host communicated fast and all instructions were simple and clear.

Loved this rental and will be back! Clean, great location, super comfortable bed and nice shower with good pressure. Hosts were great with communication and the rental had everything we needed plus more. Thank you for a great stay!

The place is like a classy modern apartment wrapped in a rustic exterior with charming amenities... what a treat! The kitchen had everything you would need to make meals. The bathroom had all the essentials and more. There was even a front and back porch area that serves well to wind down at the day's end. The area is walkable for restaurants / conveniences and felt safe. The location is just a few minutes to Crown Center / Downtown. One of my better stays.

The property is beautiful, and the interior is thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. It was clean and welcoming, and the host was incredibly kind and accommodating.The location was perfect for our trip to KC. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

We loved our stay at “our blue house” as my 3 year old called it! The house was clean and more than accommodating! The hosts did a beautiful job and were very responsive! It’s centrally located so everything was easy to get to!

This place was absolutely amazing! It was clean and pristine, just like in the photos. My family has a great time. The location was great! It was tucked away, but also right near 435, 71, 50, and 49 Highways. There is a shopping plaza 4 mins away that has everything that you need. Kari was super responsive to any need that I had. I travel to KC yearly and I'd love to stay here every time!

Emily was very responsive and accommodating! Her home was beautiful and very clean, which made us feel right at home. It is located in a very quiet area, but just a short drive from downtown restaurants. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

Patrick's place was well appointed, very quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot shower, comfy beds, and cleanliness of the place. it was very relaxing and the host was very responsive and communicative to ensure we had a nice, enjoyable stay. The house is in an older, established neighborhood and is updated to modern standards with an easy to use with an efficient heating and air conditioning system. The location provides easy access to the Gem Theatre and is an easy drive to the Country Club Plaza where shopping and eateries abound. We highly recommend Patrick's house for a good night's sleep and comfortable stay.

Jantina was an amazing host! She let us check in a little earlier than the check in time. Also, she responded within minutes when I asked her a question through the app. The house was better than the pictures! Definitely would stay here again

Spacious and comfy space on beautiful tree lined street within walking distance to restaurants and within short drive to all the fun things.

Our family all met in KC to celebrate Christmas. The house we originally booked 6 months ago had a plumbing issue and we couldn’t stay there. We had to scramble to find a place for 6 people for 3 nights during Christmas and it was 6:00pm. This place saved the day. The owner quickly responded to our reservation request and we were walking in the door 30 minutes later. It was comfortable for 6 of us and we were able to prepare some meals in the kitchen. Everything was clean and we felt safe walking and running in the area. Made for a great Christmas celebration with our family. Definitely recommend.

Had a great stay at Sage’s place. I was in KC for a clinical rotation at a local hospital, so I needed a comfortable and safe place to stay on a student budget. Sage’s place fit the bill and then some. It was immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable, and Sage went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay including a desk with printer and super-fast wifi so I could do homework. Absolutely would stay again.

This place was the perfect location and was exactly as described by the host. The host was responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions on building entrance, check-in/check-out instructions, and a couple other things that were helpful to know. The location was in a perfect place - great proximity to the Plaza and the Nelson-Atkins Museum, while also being close enough to downtown without being in the thick of downtown. The space was beautifully done and had everything we could need.

Bliss. The pretty street, lush with mature trees, sets the vibe. The entry instructions are clear and easy. The apartment is welcoming and has great flow. The thing that elevates it, though, is Adam, the host. I had to get out of an alternate situation in a hurry on a blistering hot day. Adam initially mentioned that once the AC got up to speed, I'd be golden. But as an afterthought he traveled to the apartment and turned it full blast himself. That, my friends, is top notch hosting. Between that and his thoughtful and prompt responses (with diagrams!) I quickly got the feeling I was staying in the home of an old friend, though of course I have never met the gent. This is hosting as only the gods can do it. Thanks Adam.

Our stay at The Dog House was absolutely perfect! They truly thought of everything. The location could not have been better… right in the downtown square and walkable to shops and restaurants. There was even a moonlight popup market with music and food trucks on Saturday night, right outside our door. Price is a tad higher than a nice hotel, but SO WORTH IT to have a kitchen, separate bedrooms and a family room to watch movies, play games, and drink wine. Do not hesitate to book!

Wonderful place in a great neighborhood!

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.
