Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Jackson County

We stayed at Billy And Laura's place after a drive to Kansas City. We were happy that we were able to check in early. Billy and Laura's place is an older home that has been nicely updated. The location was perfect for visiting Legoland, Crown Center, and Union Station. Overall, we would definitely consider staying at their place again on our next trip to Kansas City.

Emily was very responsive and accommodating! Her home was beautiful and very clean, which made us feel right at home. It is located in a very quiet area, but just a short drive from downtown restaurants. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect stay! The house was exactly as described with all the comforts of home! The beds were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and has easy access to Waldo, Brookside, and the Plaza. I would definitely recommend!!

Cottage West was a great place to stay. 4-5 minute Lyft drive to so many great places. Christine was great and very responsive. We brought our dogs and the Cottage had nice thoughtful touches for them too.

Staying with William was great! I had myself and 5 friends here for a get together bachelor type weekend since I’m getting married in May. There was plenty of beds for everyone, and we just had a blast playing board games and hitting the town. Would definitely recommend this home if you are looking for a great place to stay in the KC area :)

Our team had another amazing time at Rodney's property! Prestigious comfortable living arrangements in one of the best neighborhoods in KC. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a perfect getaway in a beautiful clean home!

Easy to find, excellent location! Jordan was a great host - very quick to respond, super friendly! Everything we needed for our overnight stay in KC. We will absolutely stay again in the future!

What can I say - second stay with this host in a month. Came from a long 15 hour drive to Missouri and had to book again !!! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean, safe, well appointed, and absolutely gorgeous Airbnb - look no further. It actually feels like you’re in the country but the middle of the city with the way the house is pushed back on the lot. The front is well lit, patio furniture on both decks as well as places to sit in the front yard and by the fire pit. Linens were spotless again, clean bathroom, excellent wifi service and tv options as well. I loved lounging in the living room and enjoying the peaceful surroundings and quaint house. Had a chance to meet the neighbours this time and they were very welcoming. Host goes above and beyond and was always responsive and helpful with good suggestions if I asked her. Thanks again I’ll be back !

We’ve stayed here previously and will always come back! It is always such a great place to stay, it’s super clean and has everything you could need during the stay. Chris is super helpful with instructions on how to access the unit before check in. Highly recommend!

Great Stay, Great Location… No complaints at all. If I had any complaints, it would be that the bed is overly soft; but that’s someone’s preference. I would definitely book with Savannah again when I’m in KC, if available.

Rachel was very responsive, and this was a great location for a girls weekend! With short drives to multiple malls and restaurants.

This truly is a luxe lodging. Tami and Ryan have done an amazing job with renovating this historical building, making it look classy and modern while retaining some historical touches. The neighborhood is very quiet. It was lovely to listen to birdsong rather than traffic in the mornings, but it's still only a few minutes' drive to restaurants, museums, and other attractions.

This was my second stay with Jaymi and I'm sure I'll be back when visiting KC. The space is comfortable, clean, and bright. It really feels like staying in your own shabby-chic apartment and the location is perfect for getting to lots of KC destinations. Add in blooming lilacs in the spring and front-porch cats to pet and it was the perfect place to stay for our concert at the Uptown.

Loved this rental and will be back! Clean, great location, super comfortable bed and nice shower with good pressure. Hosts were great with communication and the rental had everything we needed plus more. Thank you for a great stay!
