The place looked exactly like the pictures. Most importantly it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The one or two questions I had were answered within 10 minutes. The apartment complex is also clean and quiet and there is plenty of parking. I will definitely keep this in mind when coming back to Kansas.

Loved this rental and will be back! Clean, great location, super comfortable bed and nice shower with good pressure. Hosts were great with communication and the rental had everything we needed plus more. Thank you for a great stay!

Parking is the only negative to this place, but that is not the fault of the host. Thats just big city life. Very clean place with nice decor. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Great bang for the buck. Also amazingly fast responses when I needed questions answered.

justin’s place was amazing! it looked exactly like the pictures! the water temperature was perfect, the location was impeccable, the commute to places weren’t long- we even got to experience riding the KC streetcar! this place is amazing for 2 couples, and we will be back to KC and look forward to booking here again!

I had a fantastic stay at this 1-bedroom Airbnb right in the heart of Kansas City! The apartment was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The building itself was a huge bonus, offering a fitness center and 24/7 security, which made me feel right at home. Best of all, it’s just a short walk to the arena and the Power & Light District — perfect for nights out and events. I couldn’t have asked for a better location or setup. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great area. It’s right down town. The amenities were a plus! She communicated with us any questions we had and gave us lots of recommendations for areas near by.

We only stayed one night but it was so comfy and cozy!! Loved the little coffee shop down the road and I would definitely book again!

everything was great! We had some family come in town and we needed just a bigger place for the kids to have fun. Rebecca, the host was phenomenal. We had a great time. cook some good food. made some great memories. we're definitely going to go with Rebecca in the future

Beautiful yard, very peaceful & enjoyed hearing the neighbors rooster each morning! Kids enjoyed the game room & it was nice to have stuff for them to do!

Loved this cozy place! The home is so beautiful inside and out. The decor is outstanding! The beds are really plush and cozy. Backyard is fenced in and spacious. Neighborhood is quiet & charming, and the neighbors are so kind. We went for morning walks and there are a few nice parks nearby. As a nature photographer, I was very impressed with Wassmer Park and their unique flower garden. So beautiful even in January. We had a bunch (!) of snow during our stay and Doug was super responsive and helpful. The village shops are so quaint. Highly recommend the French Market and the Tavern. They have delicious salmon (Tavern), chicken, veggie dishes, coffee, and breakfast (French Market). We will be back!!

Beautiful home only 15 minutes from the Arrowhead stadium! Heather had a lot of recommendations of things to do in her "Welcome to her home" booklet. Received very clear instructions on entering and leaving the home! I had questions about the AC in the home and she was very quick to respond and help out with it! Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Such a relaxing and peaceful stay! The hot tub was glorious and the spacious backyard made for such an oasis to disconnect and unwind in. My group and I will definitely be booking again for a perfect escape!
