Apartma Doria is a luxury and in 2020 RENOVATED big flat, located in the first floor of Seaside Vila. Located on the beach, but also close to the city center. With it's 100 square meters, 3 bedrooms, big living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and closed terrace it's ideal for a great holiday. You can enjoy sunny days in a shade on the back garden, after a refreshing swim in the sea (the sea is located 10 meters from the apartment!) and watch the sun fall into the sea in the evenings.

La nostra bellissima mansarda è in piazza Ponterosso in centro, a 5 passi dal Canal Grande, il luogo più suggestivo di Trieste. La zona è sicura e ben servita e c'è un supermercato a soli 3 minuti. La piccola mansarda, interamente riservata agli ospiti con entrata indipendente, è confortevole e dotata di tutti i confortle travi sono a vista ed è arredata con gusto. Ideale pied-à-terre per chi viene spesso a Trieste ed è perfetta per una fuga di coppia!

A beautiful spacious apartment with a view of the sea from the rooftop terrace. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms sleep eight. The open floor plan in the dining/living room area is ideal for family and friend gatherings. Enjoy a cappuccino or a glass of wine on the terrace while watching the boats come in to the marina and watch the sunsets over the old town. Pets are welcome upon request and we charge a special cleaning fee .

Comfy flat close to the sea

My flat is situated very close to the beach. It includes: a wide bedroom with a king siz bed, two terraces, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and living room with a kitchen. In the rent it is also included a private box for your car and two bike to stroll around Grado! If you need any fuurther info just let me know, it will be a pleasure to answer yuor request!

Vista mare a due passi da Piazza Unità

L'appartamento si trova in centro città, vicino alla zona della "movida triestina", vicino a musei, ristoranti, bar e monumenti, vicinissimo alla Clinica Salus e all'Università Vecchia. E' un'ottima base di partenza per visitare la città senza toccare la macchina! Ha una splendida vista panoramica sul mare ed è adatto a coppie, a chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie.

This apartment it’s located by the sea. Have 2 beds rooms ,kitchen with living room and bathroom. Down of my house is cafe bar where is possible to drink good cafe or eat breakfast. Everything is so close.Apartment is in first floor. Izola is a little sweet sea town,just 9 km to Piran and Croatia and Italy is also so close.
