Communication with Sebastiano was very smooth and easy with very precise and easy to follow instructions as well as helpful local recommendations. The apartment is in a completely renovated old building, very easy to access, with elevator and any modern comfort. The space is spacious, there are two large closets in the room and more than enough space to leave the suitcases. The bed is spacious and very comfortable. I recommend using two pillows as only one is excessively soft for my taste. It is simply and tastefully decorated. It has a small balcony with table and chairs that overlooks a large patio of lights. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy, in fact when we arrived to leave our bags, which was before the established check-in time, the cleaning lady was fixing the apartment. The apartment is about a 13 minute walk from Piazza della'Unitá which is the heart of the city. The area is quiet and close to Estación Central

They have been great two days, the apartment is in the center and it is easy to access the trusitique attractions. The only catch is that we couldn't check out later. Everything else is great.

I had the the most amazing stay. The view was incredible, especially during the sunsets and thunderstorms. The place was clean, well equipped and spacious. Andraž was very helpful and even gave me and my luggage a lift to the bus station on the morning I left, which was greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thank you for having me and I hope to come back in the future :)

nice apartment with a pool and beautiful restaurant next door

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and only a few kilometres from the heart of Grado. The bikes were absolutely ideal for getting around in the city and the surrounding area. This is really a nice service! Francesca welcomed us and showed everything. The apartment is not new, but it looks exactly as on the pictures. All in all, it’s a good choice for 2 people or a small family. The terrace would also have been nice, if the weather would have been a bit better.

Evgeny's apartment is exceptionally beautiful and very well-appointed. It is very spacious and has a lovely outdoor garden area. The beds are very comfortable, and the apartment is very quiet at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will rebook this apartment on our next visit to Koper.

We stayed at Sarah's place for two nights. We are very satisfied with the nice and well-equipped apartment! Everything was close by on foot, and Sarah was very kind and helpful. I can only recommend it to everyone!

We were in need of a place that provided parking and accommodations for 3. The unit checked all the boxes. Since it is Grado in the summer, it is difficult to get a place. We decided to stay in Grado Pineta which is slightly outside of Grado but still only a 7-10 min. drive to Grado by car. While people say parking in Grado is difficult, we had very good luck finding parking. The unit itself was typical of Italy. It was cozy but functional. There was a very big heat wave while we were there but the host cannot stop this. The AC helped. Most of our Italian friends were complaining about the heat so you know it was hot. Overall, Grado Pineta is a slower pace than Grado but was more than fine. We were close to multiple places to eat. The grocery store was a short walk away. There is a pharmacy across the street which was convenient. All in all, I can recommend the unit. Enjoy. Ciao and Grazie Mille!

Ivana's apartment was our base camp during a climbing vacation... and coming back in the late afternoon was like coming home, cozy and warm, a real treat!We didn't meet Ivana but her sister and mom who also made us a cake she made as soon as we arrived! Two wonderful people who made our stay even more beautiful. thanks to Ivana and her family, we hope to be their guests again! I think it goes without saying that the apartment was very clean, cozy, warm, quiet and in a great location!

The place was as described and we had a nice time at Ana's house. She was always easy to reach and very friendly. We were able to enjoy our tranquility on the small covered terrace overlooking the olive trees in the garden. Thanks to air conditioning, you could retreat very well in the hot temperatures inside. The location was great for us. Within a few minutes by car you were on the dog beach and in the city where there are many good restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay! Our group of four adults and two children found the place perfect for our needs. There's even a sleeper sofa in the living room, which added to the convenience. The pool was great, and we loved using the grill and the pizza oven. The surrounding area offers plenty of beautiful beaches and a variety of excellent restaurants.

We had a very nice extended weekend at Mirjam's. The host is very friendly and eager. You feel wonderfully cared for and can simply enjoy the quiet location with the great view. Everything was very clean. The hot tub is an absolute highlight. We even had the opportunity to check out a little later and enjoy everything for a few more hours. All in all, we can only warmly recommend the property and Mirjam as a hostess to everyone.

We had a great time in Mirjam's apartment. When we arrived everything was as described and very clean and homey. We immediately loved it. The view from the big balcony is unique and beautiful, on the other balcony we could also see the sea but with a little more shade. So all in all everything was perfect and we would love to come again! Thank you so much ❤️

We spent 4 days in this perfect apartment to explore the area. Quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. well furnished, everything is very new parking right outside the door. Our host was very friendly and was waiting for us when we arrived.
