Great location, cheap, no frills and clean. Perfect weekend apartment. Checking in and out was totally solo and smooth as butter. A little more soundproofing would be nice, if such a thing is of concern to you ;) Can recommend.

La comunicación con Sebastiano fue muy fluida y fácil con instrucciones muy precisas y fáciles de seguir así como recomendaciones locales útiles. El apartamento está en un edificio antiguo completamente reformado, de muy fácil acceso, con ascensor y cualquier comodidad moderna. El espacio es amplio, hay dos armarios amplios en la habitación y espacio más que suficiente para dejar las maletas. La cama es amplia y muy cómoda. Recomiendo el uso de dos almohadas dado que una solo es excesivamente blanda para mi gusto. Está decorado de forma sencilla y con buen gusto. Tiene un pequeño balcón con mesa y sillas que da a un gran patio de luces. Todo estaba perfectamente limpio y ordenado, de hecho cuando llegamos a dejar las maletas, que era antes de la hora establecida de ingreso, la señora de la limpieza estaba arreglando el apartamento. El apartamento está a unos 13 minutos caminando de la Piazza della'Unitá que es el corazón de la ciudad. La zona es tranquila y cercana a Estación Central

I had the the most amazing stay. The view was incredible, especially during the sunsets and thunderstorms. The place was clean, well equipped and spacious. Andraž was very helpful and even gave me and my luggage a lift to the bus station on the morning I left, which was greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thank you for having me and I hope to come back in the future :)

Apartament jest dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciu, ma ogromny taras z przepięknym widokiem. Łazienka jest malutka, ale wystarczająca. Gospodarz jest niezwykle miłym człowiekiem, i chociaż czasami jest bariera językowa, to zawsze można napisać do Alesa, lub użyć translatora. Jedyne malutkie zastrzeżenie do czystości, niektóre rzeczy były niedokładnie sprzątnięte. Ale za to w lodówce czekały na nas szampan i soki, a na koniec otrzymaliśmy lokalny prezent. To był dobrze spędzony czas. Dziękujemy i polecamy :)

Evgeny's apartment is exceptionally beautiful and very well-appointed. It is very spacious and has a lovely outdoor garden area. The beds are very comfortable, and the apartment is very quiet at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will rebook this apartment on our next visit to Koper.

Posizione molto comoda, host molto presenti, spazi puliti e arredati con gusto.

Emil’s place is less than a 10 minute walk up the hill from the beach resort hotels. It is surrounded by garden and is quiet. The apartment has a full kitchen and bath. The only drawback is the internet is weak resulting in buffering; and I needed to go up to the floor above to make phone calls. The place is spotless inside and out.

We were in need of a place that provided parking and accommodations for 3. The unit checked all the boxes. Since it is Grado in the summer, it is difficult to get a place. We decided to stay in Grado Pineta which is slightly outside of Grado but still only a 7-10 min. drive to Grado by car. While people say parking in Grado is difficult, we had very good luck finding parking. The unit itself was typical of Italy. It was cozy but functional. There was a very big heat wave while we were there but the host cannot stop this. The AC helped. Most of our Italian friends were complaining about the heat so you know it was hot. Overall, Grado Pineta is a slower pace than Grado but was more than fine. We were close to multiple places to eat. The grocery store was a short walk away. There is a pharmacy across the street which was convenient. All in all, I can recommend the unit. Enjoy. Ciao and Grazie Mille!

Sehr schöne und großzügige Wohnung mit tollen Terassen und sehr individuell ausgestattet sowie Aufzug im Haus. Mit dem Bus kommt man problemlos in die Innenstadt. Simone ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

L'appartamento di Ivana è stato il nostro campo base durante una vacanza all'insegna dell'arrampicata...e rientrare il tardo pomeriggio era come rientrare a casa , accogliente e caldo , una vera coccola!Non abbiamo conosciuto Ivana ma la sorella e la mamma che ci ha anche fatto trovare una torta fatta da lei appena arrivati ! Due persone splendide che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più bello. grazie a Ivana e alla sua famiglia , speriamo di essere nuovamente loro ospiti ! Penso non serva aggiungere che l'appartamento era pulitissimo , accogliente , caldo , tranquillo e in un'ottima posizione!

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene mit zwei Kinder und einem Hund. Wir haben uns seit dem ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt. Giorgio und seine Familie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Ausflüge nach Italien und Slowenien sind nach ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Wenn wir wieder nach Kroatien kommen dann auf jedenfall bei Giorgio. Tolle Kroatische Städte sind auch gut erreichbar. Danke Giorgio für Alles.

We had a great stay. Good location to reach everything in Istria. The apartment is very stylish, well kept and was absolutely clean. The house and premises are very nice and also well kept. Check-in and check-out worked perfectly. Despite living far away the hosts are very responsive, helpful and friendly. An excellent experience! Thanks!

Emanuel und seine Eltern sind sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und entspricht den Fotos. Ein Highlight ist der sehr liebevoll gestaltete Garten mit Whirlpool. Supermarkt, Restaurants und das Meer sind mühelos zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

We had a great time in Mirjam's apartment. When we arrived everything was as described and very clean and homey. We immediately loved it. The view from the big balcony is unique and beautiful, on the other balcony we could also see the sea but with a little more shade. So all in all everything was perfect and we would love to come again! Thank you so much ❤️

nous avons passé 4 jours dans cet appartement parfait pour rayonner dans la région. au calme, loin du tumulte de la ville. bien aménagé, tout est très récent parking juste devant la porte. notre hôte a été très amicale et nous attendait lors de notre arrivée.
