The balcony door provides direct access to the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned (LG), and there is also a bicycle storage area next to the property. Since we are located in a quiet residential area, it is necessary to respect the night silence between 22:00 and 06:00. Waste packaging is separated into the bins in the garden.
