Monthly Rentals in İzmir

It was really clean and centrally located, everything in the house was thought out to the finest detail. We would also like to thank the host who responded whenever I needed 🙏

We had a very pleasant stay. Very nice and cosy flat with beautiful view to the sea and sunsets. Very easy to check-in and check-out. The host was responsive regarding our inquiries (within minutes!) We were 4 ppl who stayed at the flat and the flat is just enough for 4 persons to stay at. Keep in mind that there are steep walkways all around the area due to the location of the flat. So you might wanna be prepared if you want to walk your way out downtown/bus stations nearby. If you are 4 persons and want to spend your vacation in izmir at this nice flat and see beautiful beaches in neighboring cities, i highly recommend renting a car (from the airport, as we did!). This way you will maximize the pleasure of your stay in izmir as well as this beautiful flat. Btw, the fact that this flat has AC made our hot-summer vacation in izmir way more comfortable.

The apartment offers an indescribably beautiful view of the sea, simply fantastic! The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. The location of the accommodation is also top. By car, you can reach the city center in about 10 minutes, and many places are within easy reach. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They were always helpful and gave us great tips on restaurants and destinations. The only minor disadvantage is that after 1 am it can be difficult to find a parking space nearby. However, there is a paid parking lot close by that compensates for this. Overall, a great place to stay with great hosts. Absolutely recommended!!!

Very nice, spacious, well decorated apartment; walkable to everything; tons of restaurants nearby. Nice promenade to stroll in the beautiful summer evenings. Taxi stand across the street. Very helpful host, quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!
