The house met expectations, was very clean and is really close to Cachoeira do Escorrega. It has a large and private outdoor space. Vanessa is really nice and thoughtful.

The mountain villa is a delight! We spend incredible days there and in the region, great for enjoying waterfalls and views that are a relief for the city's tired eyes. Ivanilde received us very well, the place was impeccable and I highly recommend!

Wonderful stay! Large house, the green invades and with several cozy rooms. Well equipped kitchen ( but no microwave) and with several resources on the land. You can sunbathe on the deck, do yoga in the shed, bathe in the creek, pick lemons, make a fireplace, fire pit… Satjan was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back and refer to friends.

Daniel waited for us to check in late at night and with rain, which was a breath after hours at Dutra. The house was clean and has several amenities. The shower is not very strong but the water heats up well. The sofa is for two people, but you can take some chairs from the outside table and put in the living room. The place is wonderful, about 15 minutes walk to the waterfall and the potion. Great cost benefit.

I spent 4 incredible days with friends at Kaique's house! The location is excellent, close to the trails and waterfalls of the region. The house is super clean, well organized and equipped with all the necessary utensils — I felt at home! Kaique was an impeccable host: kind, attentive, answered all questions with great cordiality and also gave great tips for walks and restaurants. I highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely return!

I only recommend 2 points. 1st Go by car, you'll enjoy the region better. 2° Don't go at night if you don't know the area. The road is very dark and the mountain range can become dangerous.

The magical place, with an impeccable nature, a wonderful place to rest and recharge. A Ge, a helper appointed by Fernanda along with João, are a few dear ones, a simplicity and sincerity to fill the heart. We love our days !

The place is exactly as shown in the photos and exactly matches the listing. Everything was very clean and organized, when we arrived it smelled wonderful. The host was very helpful and gave clear instructions on how to get there, check-in and check-out. We only stayed one night and it had everything we needed.

Cláudio was very helpful, he responds to messages quickly! The apartment is very cozy, smells nice and is clean! The location is wonderful, close to everything, restaurant, bars, pharmacy, bakery, 5 minutes from Parque das Águas.... we didn't need to take the car out of the garage, we did everything on foot!! I loved the place, I'm sure when I have the opportunity I'll stay in the apartment again!

The apartment is excellent. It is well located: close to the Shopping Mall, downtown and Resende restaurants. There are several digital locks, providing greater security and flexibility for check-in/check-out. The amenities were working perfectly, such as air conditioning (cools well), Smart TV (gets the channels), induction cooktop, kitchen utensils (plate, cutlery, glasses), WiFi, etc. One detail is that the window has several layers that muffle the noise from the street and inhibit the clarity from outside. The bed is great, the atmosphere is very pleasant, the decor is good and very cozy. My stay had a small unforeseen event (problems with the electric shower), BUT the host demonstrated an exceptional level of promptness, attention and care to resolve the breakdown. Your posture made all the difference, showing a true commitment to the guest experience. I highly recommend it.

It was good, the location is cool! It had everything that was informed in the announcement, available. It could only be clear the fact that it was on the fourth floor and had enough stairs to climb, this was a “difficulty” for us with a 2-year-old and my mother at 55 years old, with a spine problem. The living room is not large, the sofa is very old and there are 2 people sitting, we find it uncomfortable for a house that is rented for 6 people to stay. So who wants to "like" the house is not an advantage. The kitchen is minuscula, you can only use one person at a time, which made it difficult to make our meals there. We leave the recommendation to those who really want to go to sleep, take a bath and actually enjoy the trip away from home.

Excellent experience! Clean, well-equipped, quiet accommodation, great constructive standard (WITHOUT those thin walls and slabs where you hear all the noises from the neighbors). Elizabeth is always careful, attentive and understanding. Everyone felt at home!

Ronaldo's apartment is in a very beautiful place, surrounded by green, close to the river. There is also a relaxing deck and a pool that my 10 year old daughter enjoyed a lot when we were not in some waterfall in the region. There are excellent options of restaurants a few meters away from the apartment that is right in the center of the village, at Alameda Gastronomica, but it is still super quiet at night, which allows a good sleep. The apartment has enough utensils for cooking and is also super well airy. We recommend!
