Wonderful Flat, all new and functioning perfectly. Close to commerce, markets, restaurants, pharmacies… 10 min walking to water park. Dona Adelina always very helpful and attentive. We'll be back soon!

Marcos was totally kind and nice to our family. You welcomed us very well, it was quite flexible with check-out and check-out times. The apartment had more than we needed for a quick stay. It actually had more than we needed, since we only spent one night. For those who go to Aman, it's the best place, safe, very close and comfortable. My son decided to go at the last minute and Marcos was also very flexible about that. I just have to thank you!

Ideal space for stays for both work and leisure. I stayed with my son (11 years old) for 4 days and everything went well. Easy communication with the host (he solved any problems that might arise very quickly). Beautiful space, well maintained, clean, good internet, good quality TV streaming and with the convenience of being downtown. I recommend it.

The apartment is exactly like in the listing, we host for 1 month. All worked right, the condominium is ok, no noise. The communication with the Janai was great, he was always available to assist us.

I really liked the place, very cozy and close to the supermarket and restaurants, we did everything on foot. Sarah welcomed us very well, including a mime for breakfast. We use the facilities of the apto, swimming pool and fitness center. Everything was great! We enjoyed great days. I highly recommend it.

First of all, the house is amazing! It exceeds expectations! Everything is very clean and organized! Very, very comfortable! Both the sauna and the hydro bath are excellent! The house's environments are very tasteful! There are also good restaurants around! Beautiful waterfalls near the condo! The people of the village of Serrinha are very welcoming! After 6 days in the house, I left rested, invigorated and very happy! I didn't want to leave! I wish I could have stayed more days there! I thank Paulo for everything! Gratitude!

We had a wonderful stay in this little paradise. Beautiful view, extremely comfortable and very well-equipped accommodation. The northern entrance to Itatiaia Park is relatively close and there are walks next to the house (waterfalls etc.) The wifi works great for remote workers. Thanks to Adriana but also to Jaci, Janilson and Silvana for their availability, we hope to be back soon!

Excellent stay. Good location, large and airy house with everything you need to spend great moments. The plot of the house is huge and very well taken care of. You can take a river bath that passes on the property. My son loved to feed the fish in the lake, had a lot of fun. I recommend and I will definitely be back.

Claudio's place looks even better than in the pictures. There are so many details around the house. Deco is well thought. The kitchen has all the appliances you might need. The fireplace makes it all cosy and he previously left plenty of wood prepared. Claudio was super friendly and I received the clearest instruction of all my Airbnb experiences. He also suggested great activities for us to do in the park. I already recommended the place to several of my friends.
