The house met expectations, was very clean and is really close to Cachoeira do Escorrega. It has a large and private outdoor space. Vanessa is really nice and thoughtful.

I spent 4 incredible days with friends at Kaique's house! The location is excellent, close to the trails and waterfalls of the region. The house is super clean, well organized and equipped with all the necessary utensils — I felt at home! Kaique was an impeccable host: kind, attentive, answered all questions with great cordiality and also gave great tips for walks and restaurants. I highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely return!

The cabin is wonderful! With all that's needed for a good rest time! The place is very beautiful! It is a delight to fall asleep and wake up with a sound of a stream passing through the property! Ana was very helpful and friendly! Super recommend it!

To begin with, the location is excellent, a rural area that is close to the city, easy to come and go at any time of the day or night, very safe and quiet. The house was spotless, organized and clean. The hosts are excellent, making us feel very comfortable. The beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the sunrise and sunset behind the mountains was a unique experience, there is nothing that pays for this moment, what a privilege it was ours, it was a great choice.

It was an amazing stay at Sara and her mother Sonia's place. We felt right at home and were greeted with an amazing corn cake, it is well worth ordering the homemade breakfast they offer. Over the days, we tasted Sonia's delicacies, such as the artisanal dough pizza and cheese from the Serra da Mantiqueira, a delight. Since the rental house is next to Sonia's house, the pizza arrived warm. The river is very close and is a great place for bathing, although the water is cold. And it's really worth getting to the Escorrega waterfall, which is a 5-minute drive and is great. We'll be back soon!

It was a great stay! Communication with Mariana was excellent at all times and she even allowed us to have a flexible checkout. The place is beautiful, both in the surroundings and the accommodation itself. A great place to accommodate 7 people or even more and for those who want to visit Itatiaia National Park. I highly recommend it!

Casa dos Pássaros is an environment immersed in the nature of the Santa Clara Valley, in the region of Visconde de Mauá, with silence, peace, coziness and comfort, which allows connection with the universe and the beautiful river that surrounds it, reflection and meditation, with privacy and the necessary structure to spend long periods. Very beautiful!

Our stay at Matheus' house was fantastic! Starting with the location, a stunning spot with a lot of contact with the surrounding nature. It's great to be able to wake up and see this kind of landscape. The housekeeper, Mr. Mauricio lives in front of the house and is super attentive and polite, as well as his wife. The house is great for relaxing, perfect for days of peace and quiet. The pool is good and well located. We use the sauna which is also a differential of the house. The house is only 10 minutes away from the city of Itamonte and also 15 minutes from the ascent to the Itatiaia park, for those who like to venture out on the trails is a must. Matheus was a great host from the beginning, providing us with precise instructions (with videos) on how to get there, and always respond to me quickly. We love the experience and definitely plan to come back!

Beautiful place, well isolated for a connection to nature. Land road, about 30 minutes from the city. It did not rain, I had no problems on the road. Townhouse better until in the photo, and it will look even better with the pool being built. Ampla, illuminated. Great bathroom. Couple Mattress a little hard for my taste. Luiz Owner has a nearby house and was very kind and request. Great host Place to contemplate nature and not to go too far. We had a great and quiet carnival. The internet is not great, but Luiz has already said that he will make changes. I hope to return soon. I recommend.

The House is really very good, wide, a good kitchen with plenty of utensils and a space with a good table for meals. The neighborhood is wonderful, the cold at dawn even being in the summer, waking up to the chirping of the birds and not to mention the lush view of the Picu Stone. Me and my family spent great days of Carnival and would stay again.

They were very pleasant days, the region is very quiet and has wonderful views. The way to the chalet needs a little attention, especially in our case, that we arrived at night, nothing more to prevent the stay. Raissa helped us with all the doubts we had regarding the chalet, always meeting our needs promptly. It is a wonderful place for those who want peace and quiet.

The site is in an area away from the city of Itamonte and even the Colina neighborhood - 2.8 km, in addition to being a higher area and with a wonderful view. Therefore, the site is very isolated and private. Extremely quiet and we heard only the sounds of birds and running water. Inside the site there is an area with a sauna and natural shower, with a preserved natural forest that I found quite impressive. When we arrived there, we were very well attended by Geni and Célia, who took us to the place, lit the wood-burning oven (which we lit by ourselves and with some ease in the following days of the stay) to heat the bath and gave us support on the other days in relation to food and the market in the region. What I also thought was really cool about the place is its high sustainability, with the use of solar energy.

Beautiful surroundings

The house has the BEST view of Itamonte. The Fragária Waterfall is the most beautiful in the region, and it is possible to reach its base and, depending on the volume of water, bathe in its well. The trail is short, but quite steep, starting with the pasture and then following a well-marked path through the forest, with some points of descent supported by ropes. Not to mention the splendid night sky and the possibility of waking up above the clouds when they fill the valley. I went in June and it was quite cold, about 10 degrees at night, so it is essential to bring appropriate clothing. The house is simple, but clean and with the basic items available. We're missing a few items, so I suggest you take them if you need something very specific. Also take food items for consumption, there are few restaurants in the surroundings, and two or three small stores about 10 minutes away, in the Campo Redondo neighborhood, for emergency purchases. Very helpful and kind host. We'll definitely be back!
