Refúgio das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the land enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

With one of the best views of Serra da Mantiqueira, it features an outdoor hot tub, indoor whirlpool, full kitchen, TV room and mezzanine with a queen-size bed. Located in Maringá RJ, it is between the centers of the villages of Visconde de Mauá and Maringá (4 km and 3 km), respectively.

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor.
