Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Itamonte

A very well equipped and well decorated apartment, at time of stay it looked like brand new! A friendly host and close to São Lourenço historic train station. The apartment is a little bit hidden and within a less developed area, but generally safe. The main issue we had was barking dogs and roosters through the night/ early morning, and thin walls of neighbours are loud. But overall, no major issues! A hard bed if that matters for anyone.

great, very easy to enter, everything very clean and everything was fine with the communication. It's very close to the center, it's just difficult to walk because of the slope.

We were very well received upon arrival, where the concierge staff made another parking space available, which was free at the time. The space is huge and accommodated our group very well. Everything was very clean. It was quite cold and blankets were available for everyone. The bedding and towels provided were impeccable. The location is great, close to everything. Sandra is wonderful, super kind and attentive. He gave us a lot of tips about the city, too bad we didn't have more time to enjoy everything. We love going to São Lourenço and now we have the place chosen for the next times. Thank you Sandra, for your hospitality!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos and exactly matches the listing. Everything was very clean and organized, when we arrived it smelled wonderful. The host was very helpful and gave clear instructions on how to get there, check-in and check-out. We only stayed one night and it had everything we needed.

The house met expectations, was very clean and is really close to Cachoeira do Escorrega. It has a large and private outdoor space. Vanessa is really nice and thoughtful.

The mountain villa is a delight! We spend incredible days there and in the region, great for enjoying waterfalls and views that are a relief for the city's tired eyes. Ivanilde received us very well, the place was impeccable and I highly recommend!

Daniel waited for us to check in late at night and with rain, which was a breath after hours at Dutra. The house was clean and has several amenities. The shower is not very strong but the water heats up well. The sofa is for two people, but you can take some chairs from the outside table and put in the living room. The place is wonderful, about 15 minutes walk to the waterfall and the potion. Great cost benefit.

We stayed for three days, and it was a wonderful stay💚. The house is charming, with a wood-burning stove and an amazing view from each of the windows. Around the house it is super calm and beautiful, the only thing you can hear are cows in the morning. The only thing I missed was having in the description that the house is far from the center and the main road, so you have to take a long dirt road to get there - but it pays off, because the house is very quiet on the mountain and the view of the stars is impressive.

The accommodation is even better than we see in the pictures! The place is extremely wide and airy. The high point is the view, we drink coffee every day with a sensational landscape. Communication with the victory was great and was always there to help us.

I spent 4 incredible days with friends at Kaique's house! The location is excellent, close to the trails and waterfalls of the region. The house is super clean, well organized and equipped with all the necessary utensils — I felt at home! Kaique was an impeccable host: kind, attentive, answered all questions with great cordiality and also gave great tips for walks and restaurants. I highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely return!

The cabin is wonderful! With all that's needed for a good rest time! The place is very beautiful! It is a delight to fall asleep and wake up with a sound of a stream passing through the property! Ana was very helpful and friendly! Super recommend it!
