Vacation rentals with a soaking tub in Italy

Wir haben schon einige Airbnbs gebucht, aber Bryan und Sara haben mit ihrem Airbnb besonders heraus gestochen. Sie waren die freundlichsten, zuvorkommendsten und hilfsbereitesten Hosts, die wir je hatten. Sie standen uns nicht nur mit Rat und Tat bei allen Aktivitäten zur Seite, sondern halfen uns auch bei allen Anliegen rund um die Unterkunft und den Aufenthalt. Besonders für Gäste, die auf einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub in der Toskana Lust haben und dabei authentisches italienisches Flair genießen möchten, ist diese Unterkunft perfekt. What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

We very much enjoyed staying here. Our hosts were very responsive. They explained clearly how to get to the Airbnb and met us at the boat stop. They responded quickly to any questions we had. The place was very clean. The location is a quiet area but a short walk to Piazza San Marco. Would stay here again!

This was the perfect place for our family! We have some roots in Italy so we travel there often, but are always looks for new and interesting places to stay and experiences! Highly recommend!

A localização é maravilhosa, de frente para o lago e ao lado do castelo. A casa é rústica, antiga, muito bonita. A casa é totalmente equipada com tudo que necessitamos e mais. Fomos recebidos com uma bebida, água e deliciosos biscoitos. Cômodos amplos, banheiros impecáveis sendo um com vista para o lago. Fica uma sugestão, mudar o colchão da cama de casal dia quarto principal e arrumar os estofamentos dos sofás e poltronas, estão afundando. Foram dias maravilhosos!!! Estávamos com muita bagagem e isto é um problema, é longe do estacionamento e é difícil andar nas ruas de pedras com malas. Somente na saída conseguimos o carrinho para transportar as bagagens.

Monica’s home is even more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures show. The area is magical, and the house was a perfect home base for our adventures in the region. Monica proactively made so many great recommendations for what to do, where to eat, great hikes, and how to avoid the crowds during an upcoming holiday- we couldn’t ask for better guidance from a local. She met us at the house, left us wine and a little holiday treat for our kids, and spent lots of time making sure we had everything we needed. We felt so lucky to have discovered this gem of a cottage in the most beautiful location. We hope to return!

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). Sanda is a great host, she took care of us from the beginning (thank you for the escort to the house and help with carrying the luggage :)) we highly recommend staying with Sandra - it is a great pleasure to live in such a unique and beautiful house. Fui com o meu esposo e meus filhos pequenos. Me senti como uma família italiana. A propriedade é muito bonita e fiquei em uma casa típica, com móveis rústicos o que deu um belo toque. Cama agradável. Roupa de cama boa. Chuveiro bom. Se você pretende visitar Catania e os arredores, não deixe de ficar neste local. Estacionamento gratuito. Os anfitriões são muito simpáticos. Recomendo.

The location of this apartment is brilliant. It is in the centre of Rome yet quiet and relaxing day and night. It is within 20 minutes walk of the Collusium one way, 30 minutes of the Vatican the other way, and many great activities and restaurants in between, Ten minutes away is the Vittorio Emmanuelle monument with a 360 degree view of Rome. Trevi Fountain and Parthenon less than 10 minutes walk, Supermarket 3 minutes away.

The apartment was beautiful and in a very good location. It was convenient to everything. The host was very responsive. We had several flight delays and arrived 10 hours after expected. The driver was a bit confused but Daniel met us within 2 minutes at the door to take us in and get us settled. Wonderful after such a long travel day.

My family and I had the best time in Rome. Aside from the great food, historical sights, and great shopping, Peter’s place was the icing on the cake. SUPER GREAT LOCATION. We walked to everything. In fact once we got dropped off from the airport we never got in a car again until it was time to go back to the airport ( and we saw all the major sights!). Peter recommended a wonderful driver named Massimo who took us back and forth at a very fair price. Peter’s place was super clean and had everything we needed. It was great to make breakfast every morning in the kitchen after walking a block to Campi di Fiore to buy fresh fruit and cheese and hitting the market a few doors down for other items. If you are looking to hit all the hot spots in Rome then this is the place you want for your home base. We can’t wait to go back!

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour chez Judith. L’appartement était fidèle aux photos, très propre et orné de magnifiques œuvres d’art. Judith a été une hôte exceptionnelle, très réactive et force de proposition concernant les restaurants et pâtisseries à proximité. Elle a également réservé le restaurant pour nous. Je ne peux que recommander cette adresse, d’autant plus que de ce coté du lac nous profitons du soleil couchant 🤩

Roberto was an excellent host! Very friendly and helpful, he gave us local recommendations which my wife and I both loved. The location was great as well, close to everything (including the waterbus when entering and leaving Venice) and very peaceful! Definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay. 10/10. Thank you so much for everything!

The apartment in an amazing location, the parking in the building is very handy when we have rented the car The apartment is spotless, spacious and just like the photos The location is amazing with close distance to Navigi and Central, with plenty bars, restaurants and coffee shops close by Alberto was very proactive after booking and shared clear instructions for check in, that was very easy to follow 100% recommend for Milan!

Booked for a family holiday as a birthday surprise for my mum and all I can say is wow! The villa is stunning, well equipped and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The location is beautiful with views of the sea and surrounding areas which was great to sit on the terrace and watch the sunset. Lucio and Irma who look after the property are fantastic, so helpful, friendly and were overall just brilliant. They really made the holiday that bit more special. The pizza party was also great and something I would recommend. Would absolutely be looking to return to stay here again in the future. The only points to note (which is mentioned in the listing already) but it’s a steep hill up to the property, I would say if you were struggling with mobility this might be something to take into consideration before booking.

Wir (7 Freundinnen) haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen! Das Haus, vor allem der Vorgarten und der Pool, sind wunderbar. Maria ist super! Sie hat uns sehr viele Tipps zur Umgebung zugesendet (auch die notwendigen Sachen, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Zudem wurden wir mit einem sehr feinen Kuchen überrascht und wenn man etwas brauchte, kam sehr schnell eine Antwort. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung wunderschön. Parkplätze hat es genügend. Einzig die Schlaglöcher und der Zugang zur Villa sind etwas herausfordernd - jedoch machbar!

This place is a dream come true. The view of the lake and the little islands from two floors of the house and the terrace is absolutely spectacular. We did not want to leave to explore the area - it seemed sufficient to just sit and watch the lake for hours. The house is also furnished with a lot of taste and the surroundings are very quiet - which added to the overall well-being and relaxation. The only thing that might top the place is Simon, the host. Very friendly, easy going and always ready to help. We were welcomed by a set table with bread, cheese and a bottle of wine. We definitely want to come again!

We loved our stay here. The view was unbelievable, beautiful! Very quiet & peaceful. Very clean. Francesca communicated very well either us…friendly, very helpful.

Casa Grande lives up to its photos in real life - not always true these days - it is a beautiful old home. A caretaker is nearby for questions.The property is lovely and full of olive, lemon and orange trees, delightful co-habitants of chickens, turkeys and mules that are maybe half a mile away from the house. The view of Torrenova and the sea is beautiful. The swimming pool is well-maintained. The air temperature was barely in the 70s F but the hardiest of us did swim. There are many verandas and patios-we were hard-pressed to enjoy them all in 2 weeks! It is conveniently located about the same distance from both Palermo or Catania - some of us came and went from each. We were a group of 8 family members and it worked well for us. Any questions were addressed quickly. Daily housekeeping (not Sundays or holidays) was nice - breakfast provided and minimal cleaning. Staff was friendly. We spoke Italian so not sure how English or other languages would be handled.

Had the most amazing time in this beautiful place! Stayed for 5 nights, two families with young children, and felt at home once we got there. We were amazed by the design and surroundings. Not enough words to describe!

Our 3-night stay in Praiano was the highlight of our trip—we only wish we had stayed longer! Francesca and Agostino were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. After a train delay in Naples, Agostino went out of his way to arrange a taxi for us and greeted us upon arrival, even though we got in late. He showed us around and even provided delicious snacks and treats, which were so appreciated after a long travel day. Waking up to the breathtaking views was incredible, and our kids loved swimming in the jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, the beach, and the bus stop to neighboring towns like Positano. We loved how quiet and charming Praiano is and are so glad we chose to stay here. Francesca and Agostino clearly take pride in their space and have thought of every detail, from the beautiful decor to all the modern luxuries and amenities. We would absolutely recommend this place to others and hope to return for a longer stay someday!
