There were two of us at Laura's place and we were very satisfied. From the balcony in the kitchen we could see the sea and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is perfect as a base for a holiday in Elba, as the harbor for the ferries and the old town with its many restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. I can recommend Laura's place with a clear conscience.

The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell'Elba were impressive. The private parking is very safe. The place is recommended. Thanks, Jane, for the hospitality.

Great location on one of the most beautiful beaches. You don't need a car to get to the beach or downtown. The warm outdoor shower was our highlight after a long day at the beach.

A small dream apartment, simple but clean and tidy. There is everything you need, especially a balcony on the marina where you can get lost... small beach in front of the house and directly on the long harbor near shops and restaurants. The owners have provided us with all the useful information for the stay including tips on what to do and where to eat...everything is perfect! Definitely an experience to do again! Strategic location within walking distance of downtown Porto Azzurro and, consequently, very close to all services. Spacious, bright, clean apartment, equipped with air conditioning, surrounded by quiet and greenery. All this made the time in the apartment as pleasant as the time spent around the island! Alessio turned out to be an owner who was always available, smiling, kind and never intrusive. All his advice was valuable and spot-on for two people like us who had never visited the island. To conclude, therefore, our experience in Alessio's apartment and on the island of Elba was unforgettable! We will definitely be back!

A breathtaking stay & an accommodating host!

The apartment was very large and cozy. Nothing was missing, better than my home! Super equipped kitchen, basic necessities present and even more. We also found some welcome gifts that we really appreciated! Gianluca is very nice and helpful. This is my first time booking through Airbnb and I can say I was very satisfied! We also had our dog (7 month old Labrador) with us for the first time and there were no problems. Very available on this side too. I'll definitely go back to Gina's place if I go back to the area. Stefano's apartment is exactly as described, extremely clean and tidy, kitchen equipped with everything you need and in an excellent location to reach the nearby Porto Santo Stefano on foot or to go hiking. Stefano is very punctual, precise and kind. Great stay

The apartment was spacious in the living room, bedroom and bathroom, super clean, we felt it as soon as we entered, very cozy with many small details. Comfortable beds, very clean sheets, easy check-in. The location is great, Conad nearby, bar, restaurant, everything you could need. Parking right in front of the house gate. Claudia is a great host, always available and ready to answer any questions. I highly recommend staying here.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Andrea and Emmanuel are great hosts. They're on hand to help if you need them. They were very helpful to us. We highly recommend the place, with a car you have access to lots of places and street parking is easy. Close to beaches and historic places. A peaceful place.

Our stay at Villa di Geggiano was truly magnificent! It is difficult to put into words how very special and magical our experience was in the Alfieri Suite at the Villa but I can say that, without a doubt, this was our absolute favorite Airbnb experience ever! The entire property, outside grounds, the incredible views,the beautiful Alfieri Suite we stayed in,the luxury amenities and especially Andrea,our exceptional,very gracious host at Villa di Geggiano all contributed to make this an unforgettable experience that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you have the incredibly good fortune to find this little slice of heaven available for your dates,please,I urge you not to hesitate…book this immediately,I promise you will not regret it. The suite we stayed in had every conceivable amenity you could ever need and more. It was beautifully and so tastefully decorated and we truly felt completely at home there for our 4 night stay. We give Andrea & the Villa our highest recommendation!

Paola is a great host! Everything was clean and perfect and the view was breathtaking! I 100% recommend!

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

We had a wonderful vacation and I would highly recommend this place. To really enjoy it, you should arrive by car, as it is surrounded by nature and somewhat secluded. However, this is a great advantage, because the surrounding landscape is beautiful and invites you to explore and enjoy. It offers a great contrast to the days when the nearby cities and tourist attractions are visited.

We loved our stay in Gianluca’s apartment. Gianluca is a fantastic host and was very responsive and accommodating to all our queries. The apartment is stylish, spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that this apartment has its own private spa with jacuzzi and steam room. The apartment is well located, in the heart of the town, and just a few minutes walk from the bus station. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Siena.

I have just come back from a 3 night stay at Federico’s apartment with my sister and mum. It’s a stunning property, incredibly spacious with plenty of charm, it was perfect for our requirements. The apartment building is a short walk to the piazza, with plenty of restaurants and shops en route. I have stayed in Siena many times over the last decade and this was the best accommodation I have had yet. Federico is really friendly and very responsive to any questions / requests. I would definitely recommend and we are already planning our next trip! Thank you ☺️
