Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.

Complimentary fresh baked items will be provided for your stay from our bakery. The apartment is walking distance to many areas of Savannah; Forsyth Park, Starland Yard, Bay Street, River Street, Enmarket Arena, and many of our historical places. You can stroll through many of the historical squares as you make your way around the city.

This beautifully renovated modern condo on the 2nd floor of our gorgeous Victorian home was completed in September 2016! The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, appliances, and furniture are all brand new! Located only two blocks away from Forsyth Park, this garage apartment/ mother-in-law suite offers comfort and ease for getting around the city. There are restaurants, bars, coffeeshops, and grocery stores in very close proximity. The Savannah River is a little over 1 mile to the north. While there is both a queen size bed and pull-out couch, the space is ideal for solo adventurers and couples.
