Vacation rentals with beach access in Island of Ortigia

Casa Flora was very convenient for all the restaurants and attractions on Ortigia. The apartment was clean and comfortable with some stylish touches. Chiara and Gabriele were very responsive to a couple of requests.

Lovely apartment right in the centre of Ortigia. The place is on a nice quiet street so no crowd noises in the evenings. Loads of restaurants and shops in walkable distance. Ortigia has traffic restrictions so parking is about 20 min walk. The view from the balcony was amazing and the sea is just at the end of the street!

My husband and I spent two weeks here, and we absolutely LOVED it! The location is fantastic, located on a quiet street just steps away from the main sites, restaurants, shops, and beach. Elisa was responsive with a hot water issue for the shower, and had a plumber offer a solution for the warm temperature to last longer. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and cannot recommend this place enough!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei Daniela zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist groß hat shabby Charm, nichts ist neu, aber es ist irgendwie romantisch. Die Lage ist perfekt und wir lieben die große Dachterasse. Es ist total ruhig und man hört und sieht das Meer und man ist dennoch mitten in der Altstadt.

We loved this apartment in Ortigia! Perfect location right by a cute square with lots of restaurants/shopping and the whole island is walkable. The apartment is very modern, spacious, clean and looked just like the pictures. Would definitely recommend!

El departamento es tal cual se lo describe , tuvimos un par de problemas Stefania y su marido se ocuparon muy rápido en resolverlo , hay lugar para estacionar no es un dato menor en Italia , la zona súper tranquilo , para mi gusto un poco lejos de las atracciones

A casa di Francesca siamo stati benissimo. All'interno di un palazzo d'epoca, un monovano molto ampio e luminosissimo. Ben arredato, nulla da dire. È praticamente nel quartiere del mercato di Ortigia ma è silenzioso, si dormono sonni tranquilli. La comunicazione con Francesca è stata ottima, ha risposto con tempestività, è un alloggio che consiglio.

Great place close to Ortigia, walkable. Apartment was as described, the only thing to mention is there was construction outside the apartment, however little to no noise, very few workers. Didn’t interfere in enjoying our stay. Would recommend!

Attentive host who greeted us at the property personally and remained at our disposal throughout our stay. Lovely home, very comfortable throughout with a well considered roof terrace which maximised the space and made it the perfect spot for early morning coffees and sundowners alike.

Francesca était très sympathique. La communication a été impeccable avant et pendant tout le séjour ! L'accueil en personne a été très agréable et elle nous a donné de très bons conseils (plages, restaurants) pour profiter de notre séjour. La propreté était irréprochable. Les rues gratuites autour du logement pour garer la voiture étaient vraiment un plus, et le logement reste bien situé à une dizaine de minutes d'Ortigia. Nous avons passé un court mais excellent séjour !

Even nicer than we imagined- the patio is right off the bedroom making it super easy to use for breakfast and afternoon drinks. It has the best view in the city!

I stayed at Lucas apartment a few days short of three months time. Luca has done a wonderful job designing the apartment. It's in a very interesting and well located small complex. I've already written two other reviews as I extended my visit twice. Outside of the apartment being lovely and in a great location what really stood out and meant so much to me was getting to know Luca. He is such a kind and caring person. Unortunately during my stay I was dealing with some health issues. Luca could not have been more supportive. More than being my landlord he has been a friend. Grazie mille Luca Wishing you all the best always.

Giuliana was a wonderful host – warm, welcoming, and always discreet. Her beautiful Shanti is a truly special place: the house is stunning, peaceful, and the pool adds a magical touch. We felt at home from the very first moment. Giuliana was always available with helpful suggestions and made our stay in Sicily even more enjoyable. Her kindness and care made a real difference. This has been a holiday we will always remember with joy. Thank you, Giuliana, from all of us – we hope to return soon to this little oasis of peace.

Alice, Santi und ihre Tochter sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und mit hilfreichen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants, aber trotzdem unaufdringlich und respektvoll, was deine Privatsphäre angeht. Die Verständigung auf Englisch war problemlos möglich. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Sie ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Dazu viele Extras , wie Getränke zur Begrüßung, Gewürze, Öl und auch Kleinigkeiten zum Essen. Das Auto steht sicher auf dem abgesperrten Grundstück, und die Terrasse zum draußen Sitzen haben wir zum Frühstück und Abendessen sehr genossen. Außerdem hat sie eine perfekte Lage. In Laufentfernung ist der wunderschöne Arenella Beach, und mit dem Auto ist es nicht weit zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi, Catania etc. Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt wie hier. Abgerundet wurde das ganze durch den absolut lieben und ruhigen Hund Pit und ein paar süße, aber scheue Katzen.

The location alone gives this place a 5 star rating. This little charming airbnb had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals by the sea. Other reviews state that the Airbnb is situated on a busy street, but we did not mind at all and enjoyed people-watching while lounging on our chairs. Maria was very responsive and was always available. Check-in was also flexible. The seafood place beside the flat was a great bonus. We would go there to pick up some calamari and eat it in front of our place! Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Tolle Lage, die Decken war hoch und die Zimmer geräumig. Dass, das Bad recht klein ist, hat uns nicht gestört. Am Wochenende war es teilweise recht laut. Da es ein Eckhaus ist, kommt recht viel Lärm von außen an. Ansonsten konnten wir aber sehr gut schlafen. Wir haben ein babybett & babystuhl bereitgestellt bekommen und der Kontakt mit Aurora war auch zuverlässig und schnell. Wir haben einen Sonnenschirm in der Unterkunft gelassen und hoffen, dass er auch von anderen Gästen genutzt werden kann.

I fell in love with Syracuse, and Cinzia's place was one of the reasons I enjoyed it so much. The house is located in a perfect spot—not in the middle of the tourist crowd, but close enough to get anywhere super conveniently. Cinzia responds to messages very promptly, helped us set up parking (which is hard to do in Ortigia), and when something came up during our stay, she responded immediately and came to help us. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the house is beautifully decorated with everything that I needed during the trip. I would definitely come back to stay!

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage inmitten der Insel - wir kommen wieder!

My family, husband, grown up children and their partners had an unforgettable time at Lucia's apartment. Every thing was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The towels were soft and she had provided everything we needed; towels for the beach, mats to sunbathe on for the brilliant terrace, a coffee pod recycling gadget and shady umbrellas for the terrace. The very large TV had lots of streaming platforms and our musician enjoyed playing the piano and mandolin in this superbly elegant apartment. Lucia was very responsive and recommended a taxi driver to pick us up and take us back to the airport. This made life very easy for us.

We stayed there for two nights and had a great time in Ortigia. The cute apartment is equipped with everything needed and from there it‘s just a few steps to the sea!

Le logement est propore, conforme au descriptif et aux photos. La chambre est grande et le lit est confortable. Il est très proche d'Ortigia à pied et du marché quotidien pour faire les courses et pas loin de la gare routière et ferroviaire pour vous déplacer vers Catane, Noto, Raguse etc. il est calme ce qui est bien pour se reposer la nuit. Pour ceux qui ont l'habitude de dormir dans le noir complet pensez à prendre un masque il n'y a pas de volet et l'éclairage public est présent. Fabio est très réactif aux messages et très sympathique. L'arrivée se fait facilement et en toute autonomie. Rien ne nous a manqué, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons ce logement.

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return
