Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Isla Mujeres

Okkk first i want to say…Andres was the perfect host! He helped me in every way possible! I booked this beautiful place hours before my arrival! He made sure i was able to have a place to stay during my 4 day vacation! He was very responsive & very fast! I would not lie this home is perfect! The home is beautiful! You will love everything about it! My favorite part of the home is the view! Being able to walk down the pier & sit & watch the ocean! & it’s very private! So it’s only your view! I loved the hammock by the ocean! It was amazing & so beautiful! The pool was also one of my favorites! The home was very very clean it smelled good i felt right at home! The home has balconies so you can also enjoy the view coming from the bedroom! The master bedroom has a hammock out its balcony as well! I loved it soooo much! I’m going to tell you now BOOK THIS HOME! You will love it just like we did! 10/10 10 star stay! Andres is the best THANK YOU FOR BEING THE PERFECT HOST!

A lovely home in a residential neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful, with super friendly security guards at the gate. The decor was very modern, with cozy chairs and a large family size sofa. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a great lady who does laundry and a great cafe that does delicious breakfast within a 1-minute walk. Mike is a super flexible host, always great to communicate with, and gave us great local recommendations. Highly recommend for family stays!

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

We had a wonderful stay at Cedric and Nayeliy’s place! The house is spacious, comfortable, and located in a beautiful, peaceful area. Everything was clean and well-prepared for our arrival. Communication with our hosts was excellent, they were always quick to respond and flexible, which made everything even easier and more enjoyable. We felt right at home and truly appreciated the little details that made the stay so pleasant. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful house. There were 6 of us and we all felt like home. The rooms were cosy and welcoming, there was water, AC and we felt very safe. The caretaker lives nextdoor and his dogs were so sweet. Great guardians! The terrace on the roof has a beautiful view over the lagoon and you can enjoy the sunrise there. We loved hanging out in the garden. Thank you so much Sabi for your great communication and tips! We loved staying with you.

Very conveniently located, very cozy place, it had everything you need, very comfortable and safe.

Stefania's place is as seen in the pictures, and things work as expected: the AC in the bedroom works well; kitchen is fully stocked; Internet is fast; a jug of drinking water was provided. The outdoor patio is really nice, especially in the morning as the sun is coming up, and in the evening when the temperature cools off. The location is close to restaurants and the Ultramar ferry terminal for a trip to Isla Mujeres. The bedroom has air conditioning, but the main unit does not. It wasn't an issue for us, as a nice ocean breeze came in through the windows and back-door when we were there. It really helped to keep the front-door open. The room was warm but not hot. As others have noted, there can be loud noise from car speakers and loud motorcycles later in the evening.

Nice stay if you are traveling to Cancun with friends or family, it is the right selection, mike is always ready and pending, I highly recommend it.

Such a wonderful spot on Isla Mujeres! Madjid was such a wonderful host and so friendly/helpful throughout the entire process. The room itself was amazing -- very peaceful/serene and SO clean. Even though I didn't need to have it on full blast due to pleasant weather while visiting, the air conditioning was extremely effective and cool. Overall, it was a great stay, and as a female solo traveler, I would definitely return in the future.

Place was safe for me and my family especially it our first time in Mexico. Walmart was close by, even 7-11 right before the gate. Very quiet. Beach was about 20 to 30 minutes drive depending which Beach you going. I will recommend this for first time visitor to Mexico. There is plenty restaurants in the same streets you get out the place and airport was like 15 minutes away.

a very nice house is fantastic it complies with everything it publishes and for those who want tranquility is the perfect house, so you have many roads nearby for the different tourist points that you like to visit

This was a great place to stay and the host was top notch. Had a minor bathroom issue that was not in their control and they fixed it immediately. I would recommend this Airbnb for anyone. One thing I did like was that there was a security check in station to enter the community

The apartment was as described. A little off-center, but taxis and Uber are readily available. Several local shops and the neighborhood is very secure. It feels really safe. The swimming pool is right in of the unit. The accommodation was clean and air-conditioned, with all the amenities you need. The only small downside is the showerhead. The water comes out a little weakly, which is a little annoying. But other than that, everything is perfect for a stay of a few days or even a few weeks. Adrian is really attentive and answers any questions.

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

Absolutely fantastic place, this is our 4th trip to Isla and this is by far the best accommodation. Everything was as described and we felt right at home from the minute we arrived. Already planning our next trip and will def stay here again

Our family left this vacation so relaxed! We took a red eye flight and got to Takh early in the morning. We were expecting to leave our luggage and take an Uber into the hotel zone to grab some food, but to our surprise, they accomodated an early check-in which helped us get settled quickly. The staff and security downstairs were so lovely - we felt safe the entire time. Although there was air conditioning, we loved having the balcony doors open with the ocean breeze cooling our space down instead. We ate breakfast outside daily, and the view was perfect for peacefully starting the day. The second room had two beds, so even though our sons had to share a room, they liked having their own bed. 3 full bathrooms is such a plus! The pool upstairs was easy to access and clean, however, my family and I ended up walking across the street to the beach more since it was so close. Thomas was so helpful and responsive! Thank you for such a great stay.

Hello, the whole stay was great, it was clean, there was only one problem in one of the bathrooms, when you took a bath the water came out of the shower, which caused the bathroom floor to get all wet

Condo Mar at Casa Bonita was exactly what we needed/wanted for our Mexico vacation. The condo was comfortable, spacious and had wonderful views. We found the beds to be very comfortable (firm) and the air conditioning worked great. The staff at the complex were amazing and always available if we needed something. They provided drinking water and toilet paper the entire week, which we’d never experienced in any other Isla rental. It was charming and lovely all around.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mariela’s place. Her and Lucy were so kind and helpful. We will definitely come back if we have the opportunity to do so!
