This simple second-floor studio includes: • A queen size bed, A/C, Wi-Fi, and Roku TV (only access to Netflix, YouTube, etc.) • A private bathroom with hot water (20L capacity) • A kitchenette with basic utensils and a jug of drinking water • A small safe box for your valuables The property is owned by my mom, Pia. Marcelina, our housekeeper, is also around and happy to help if you need anything during your stay.

The island can sometimes be very quiet, and other times very cheerful. But I assure you that it is in an ideal location to get to know the island. With the scorching summer heat, you won't need a taxi, bus, or rental car.

Juárez with a shared hallway. For reference, the house is located behind the Quinta Región Naval.
