Located on the ground floor with a private entrance a spacious one bedroom apartment with a comfortable king sized bed, bathroom with rain shower. Living room with a smart TV's and pull out Queen size sofa bed. Open kitchen with a water filtration system, a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, mini oven, Nespresso, kettle, blender, washer and dryer and more! Features air conditioners and ceiling fans. It is equipped with Amazon's Alexa's and high speed internet and smart light features.
