The accommodation is great - only 2 min walk to the beach, which was very empty in June. Quiet neighborhood. Two bars/ restaurants are within walking distance. Communication with Paolo was very good - always available and very friendly

We stayed with an infant and 2 dogs in the last two weeks of July: absolutely kind and super welcoming hosts. They hosted us before check-in time and allowed us to stay past check-out time. Super recommended location of the house to reach the sea (3 minutes on foot by shaded pine forest). Very comfortable parking and shaded by a wonderful olive tree. As for the evening band: a little dark area, but it is typical of the very quiet neighborhood, which does not have street lighting. Functional house, as advertised. As the only improvements: it would be ideal to have air conditioning (we happened in a very hot time and we did not use the fans for noise), and some very small repairs in the house. Overall, however, highly recommended.

We spent wonderful days and enjoyed the apartment with all your amenities very much. The view is fantastic, the apartment was very clean at the time of handover and you felt right at home.

My stay at Francesco’s place was simply unforgettable! He greeted me warmly and immediately showed me everything I needed, which made my stay very comfortable. The room was very clean, cozy, and beautifully furnished. The house is a true gem with a historic atmosphere, located in the heart of the charming town of Santa Lucia. It's a perfect spot for anyone wanting to experience authentic Sardinia. Highly recommend!
