Monica e Marco are very friendly and polite hosts. The appartment was clean and cozy, freshly renovated and stylishly furnished. The location itself its very quiet and peaceful. The pool is the icing on the cake. We had a very great stay at Limpidu.

We stayed for 7 nights and we really liked the place, super calm, near the marina and the shopping center (walkable distance ) huge area where you can buy groceries, do shopping and eat fast local food. The home is ideal for 2/3 persons max, great garden, clean. The location is a bit far from the city center for those who don’t have a car or love walking, it could be an issue For us it wasn’t a problem I would definitely come back next time

A cozy stay surrounded by beautiful surroundings, and far enough from city lights to see tons of stars on clear nights (still just a ~15min drive to Olbia, though). The interior matched the pictures very well. Anna Rita was very helpful and responsive, and provided plenty of great recommendations at our request. Just to note, there is a family of several cats/kittens on the property that are very cute and will probably seek your attention at every opportunity :)

We stayed here whilst on a short visit to Sardinia, the apartment is in a great location to get into the city centre and also the coastal areas. There is a local shop, and a bar & restaurant nearby which is handy. The apartment itself is modern and clean, the balcony is an added bonus, we used it most nights during our stay watching the sun set behind the mountains with a bottle of wine. We hired a car so the secure underground car parking space was an added bonus. The host Francesco messaged me on the day we arrived and sent me all of the information I needed to access the property and car park, I also asked him to recommend some beaches for us to visit which he was more than happy to do. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Olbia that is not too far away from the airport, city centre and the coast.

We stayed for two nights at Elías' house to visit the area. The village, nestled between mountains, is very picturesque and its steep streets retain the appeal of the typical Mediterranean island village. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Elías in person, his parents took care of the delivery and collection of keys, and we were able to have a pleasant conversation with them, noting that Spaniards and Sardinians are sister cultures. The apartment is as shown in the pictures, with amenities such as air conditioning and all kinds of utensils in the kitchen. The views of the city center, with the church as a backdrop, are interesting first thing in the morning, while having a coffee. In terms of activities, it is perfect for visiting the wonderful nearby coves such as Goloritzé and Cala Luna and many hiking trails. The recommendations provided by his mother were very helpful, especially the ice cream shop and Café Central.

The apartment was great, very spacious and with everything we needed. Cinzia was a great host, helpful, proactive, and very nice. She wasn’t around when we arrived, but the check in instruction were very clear, and her mother, who lives nearby, welcomed us. Check out is simply and with very reasonable expectations, unlike other places I’ve been too. It’s a perfect place to explore the area around Gonone and Dorgali, which is gorgeous even in winter!
