We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

It was amazing waking up to the beautiful view each morning 🤩 Sara was the most wonderful host, she sourced a beautiful vegan cake (not the easiest thing to do in Sardinia) for my daughters birthday and insisted it was complimentary. It was so lovely of her! We all loved this accommodation, it was one of our favourites in Sardinia 😃 I highly recommend it to everyone!!

Rita is a very nice host, the accommodation is very good and impeccable. i recommend it. We had the misfortune of having a noisy dog as a neighbor at night. the accommodation is clean, practical and matches the photos. the accessibility to roads is very convenient. The small village provides everything you need. I would highly recommend it. We would love to come back.

For us as a family very practical with 2 rooms (for our child). The outdoor area is also beneficial with children to play outside. Only to note (not to be criticized), you pay attention to the many mosquitoes and should be equipped well beforehand, we were literally "attacked" outside. But all the mosquito nets on the windows were an advantage so that they could also be left open at night.

We had a nice stay at Anna’s house. The location is great and the place really nice especially with the patio for eating outside. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Nice hosts, can recommend to stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at Valentinas apartment. Everything was super clean, the kitchen was well equipped, so we could prepare our own food. There was a dishwasher and a washing machine, which made our stay very comfortable. We stayed there with our toddler - he could play on the ground because everything was tidy and toddler safe. Valentina prepared a cozy baby bed. Check-in was flexible and the appartment is located just one kilometer from the beach. I definitly recommend the appartment.

A peaceful haven in the immediate vicinity of San Teodoro, the well-equipped accommodation is located in a green setting beautifully decorated by Barbara. The outdoor shower in the middle of the fig trees, with views of the bay, is pure bliss. Small vegetable garden with aromatic herbs, salads, onions, and delicious lemons 🍋 Barbara is an attentive, considerate, discreet host, with very good advice, she helped us with all our reservations, and she is a real ray of sunshine, a bundle of kindness and humor. You can book without a second thought.

The flat was excellent clean and modern, right on a lovely beach and very convenient location to walk and explore Golfo Aranci, great powerful shower and comfy bed. Great to have an underground parking space, however large/long or low cars will scrape or struggle, perfect for a small hatch however.

The accommodation is, without exaggeration, the most beautiful Air BnB we have probably ever booked. We spent almost all our time there on the absolutely beautiful terrace, which we eventually named "Bali Terrace" because the view is so absolutely overwhelming, sunny and green, with a wide view to the sea. Communication was easy and tip-top. And even though we only communicated digitally: You could feel the love that was sent as soon as you walked in. Definitely recommend! ☀️

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Beautiful house with many rooms equipped with private bathrooms that allow privacy. The common space if there are many is a bit sacrificed but for the rest it is worth it House also equipped with accessories that you don't expect and friendly and helpful Host. WE'LL BE BACK!!

Excellent stay in Sardinia in this residence ideally located about forty kilometers from Olbia airport Located near a supermarket and a few kilometers from beautiful beaches, we were greeted late the first night due to a plane delay. Despite this, our hosts welcomed us. Very clean apartment, washing machine, quiet residence with the possibility of barbecues. The only point to improve would be the pool, unheated and with temperatures a little low in early May. Great value and remarkable hospitality. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is superb and very well equipped. The terrace is large and very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and is located close to all shops (cafes, bar, supermarkets and pharmacy). The beach is a 5-minute walk away which is very nice and convenient.
