Vacation rentals with a patio in Ischia

Lovely stay in Procida! Beautiful location, stunning views, and our host was fantastic, super flexible with check-in/out and very communicative. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

I think the place is well-maintained and clean. It's close to the cost and has a great view. Just a heads up that if you carry lots of baggage, taking your stuff to the unit would be challenging. It is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. It's already mentioned in the description, so there is no surprise. Once you get to the unit, you will be amazed by the view and unit quality. Dan also helped us find a garage for the car we rented. It was easy to access and safe. Overall, I found Dan very helpful and responsive.

Absolutely wonderful apartment and very comfortable. It is close to the restaurants, shops and bars. We cannot wait to return and stay here again!

A stay that will stay in our hearts! Augusto, Eva and Enzo were really kind and friendly, they welcomed us and treated us really well from the beginning to the end of our stay. There are directions to the beaches and points of interest, but also the tips on where to eat both as restaurants and as a snack! What to say? Of the really exquisite people with whom it was nice to chat during the day! Villa Martina is a beautiful place, starting with the architecture, the swimming pool and the sunset view area a little more secluded. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in every way! We hope to be back in the future :)

What can I say...everything is perfect! The accommodation is located in an extremely quiet and cool location, the highlight is definitely its wide view that at all hours of the day has never finished surprising us; equipped with a solarium that allowed us to have lunch (given the presence of the kitchenette) and to rest in the evening after a long day; ..and then Michele, an exceptional person; he welcomed us with very welcome gifts: his tomatoes at km0, of the bread with which we made very good bruschetta, and other essentials for breakfast; on the last day before greeting us he made us find some very good Ischitan croissants with which we had breakfast for the last time overlooking the Aragonese castle; was particularly helpful and responsive in providing us with directions to the property and information of various kinds, recommending places to visit and various events in the area; I've never felt so welcomed as at your place

clean and cozy room. We stayed with our children. Very useful outdoor space. I drive very helpful. He gave us perfect tips for us on where to go. Highly recommended

Spacious apartment, impeccably clean, with a breathtaking view of the sea, even more magical at sunset. The bedding is very comfortable, the storage space is generous and the neighborhood very quiet. We particularly appreciated the easy and quick communication with Viviana, always available and caring, who greatly helped us during an unforeseen event. A short walk away is a bus stop, small grocery stores perfect for breakfasts or picnics, as well as two good restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and recommend this place without a second thought!

Mrs. Rosanna was a great host, she gave us directions, welcomed us into the house upon arrival, she was friendly and always available in case of need. Appreciate the outdoor areas, especially the outdoor kitchen as well as the outdoor shower. We recommend Mrs. Rosanna as a host and above all stay at this place.

The only way in or out is via 140+ very steep steps, depending on which route you take, just so you know! Well worth it though. A simple apartment but has everything you need with beautiful views. We particularly enjoyed Blu bar and Gorgonia restaurant. Wonderful to visit around Easter as has a traditional parade on Good Friday. Were able to leave our bags (by previous arrangement) until later in the day for our ferry- thank you!

Although the photos published on the listing are very exhaustive, upon arrival the location really leaves you speechless, a real paradise. The 360-degree terrace is breathtaking, and the garden is equally panoramic and full of citrus fruits. Adequate interior in a rustic environment. Vintage kitchen but fully equipped. Super welcoming and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Giovanna was an exquisite host. Extremely helpful and attentive. As soon as we arrived, he welcomed us by picking us up at the port and gave us lots of tips to see the most typical and cute places in Ischia. The house is equipped with every comfort, very clean. Located in a quiet and very peaceful area thanks to the beautiful garden that surrounds the house. We really enjoyed it, greetings from Me and my friend: )

Such a beautiful area and accessible to the main city area by 1 bus only. Rignt next to a lovely beach and such a peaceful and quiet area. Definitely recommend staying here instead of Naples.

Positive experience in a quiet setting but allowing easy access to the streets of the center and the various attractions of the area. Very friendly, helpful and communicative host. La villa Maria Citara. Is a real bargain! Not only well equipped and well located. This is a large property with all the amenities expected to have fun with the family. Plus all the benefits of being next to the resort center. Large parking space, equipped outdoor courtyard. Gennaro and his wife welcome us in a very personal and pleasant way. They are attentive to our needs and make themselves available to pick us up and even bring us back at the end of the stay. Really a boon in terms of price and proximity to the beach, Poseidon and all resort services. Probably a great discovery and we will definitely come back. I recommend it in a second

We had a wonderful stay at Monica's place! Monica welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of tips and help with our stay. Her husband even brought us local pastries in the morning. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, the large patio with a wonderful view of the sea, and the fantastic restaurant just 3 minutes away. From this location, it was easy to explore the island by bus, motorbike, or rental car. We really enjoyed our stay and our interactions with Monica and her family.

Natalia’s place was very well appointed - washer dryer and every thing worked well and ac in every room and spacious. We had trouble getting and there was some construction around but her place is very very quiet - the patio area is very nice too. Having a parking spot was lovely and just half a block to the main restaurants and shops. Excellent place near the fancy Relais hotel and quick routes all around the island.

Cincenzo's apartment is very well located: close to the beach, balcony with sea view. It is impeccably clean and perfectly equipped. Small touches were waiting for us: breakfast, bottles of sparkling wine. And our host, Vincenzo, is perfect: responsive, friendly, attentive. Feel free to book a meal in its restaurant: wonderful cuisine and idyllic setting. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Mario’s apartment. The apartment is beautiful and served as the perfect home base during our stay in Ischia. While the Amalfi Coast is the beach-lovers’ dream vacation spot, many towns along it are crowded with tourists. Ischia, on the other hand, was a peaceful haven for us to return to after a day trip to Capri or Napoli, and is a hidden gem with lots to do. Mario’s apartment was the cherry on top of our trip and was within walking distance of everything we needed (buses, ferries, cafes, grocery stores, etc). We highly recommend this spot!

Great place and great host.

We had a great time at Fabrizio place, the house its brand new and very clean with all the appliances needed. Very close to the main square and easy to reach any destination even by foot. Pino is cohost was very lovely and he made sure we had everything possible that we need including a few bottles of wine for us to drink from him. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend it to other friends or family. We will be back for sure and thank you for the great experience.
