Family-friendly vacation rentals in Ischia

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We particularly remember the magnificent view with unobstructed views of the sea, the soothing tranquility and the ideal location. The small cottage is a cozy retreat for relaxing days and a good starting point for excursions. Pierfrancesco also gave us valuable tips for culinary experiences. The apartment is well equipped; however, there was a small problem with the boiler during our stay. Pierfrancesco took care of it quickly and easily and offered a great solution so that we could enjoy our stay without restrictions. Thank you Pierfrancesco!

This place can't be described with words. The apartment is better than the photos and the views are breathtaking. The way Gio and her Taxi driver friend, Loredana, looked after us during our stay, has made us feel that we now have family in Ischia. This was the best experience we had in our travels through Italy.

Giuseppe’s apartment was lovely. Very private and with stunning views. Close to the beach and some lovely restaurants. It had a great air con which was needed in the afternoons and evenings as it was very hot. Great bathroom and plenty of towels. The kitchen was quite basic but we managed to make our own breakfasts. The apartment could do with a toaster and iron. Lovely patio area with a hot tub but the water in it was too hot so we didn’t use it much. Maybe we didn’t know how to change the temperature settings 🤔 We were given lots of useful suggestions on what to do in Ischia Island and any questions we had were promptly answered by Maria. I recommend this accommodation, with attention to the smallest details, nice and very clean. Anna was very kind, always available to help. She was present from my arrival, giving me all the useful information on the means to take to get to the accommodation and finally on the last day she and her husband offered to drive me to the port. As a location, the property is easily reached by buses departing from the port. Nearby there are also many useful services, such as pastry shop, supermarket, bar, butcher shop, pharmacy. What can I say, super recommended.

We had a great time at Angel’s apartment. The location is easy access to the ferry and buses and yet is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Restaurants, supermarkets and other daily needs are all in walking distance. The apartment was spotless and nicely decorated.

Our stay in Baia was fantastic. Marco as a host was amazing. First of all, the informations he sent to us before check-in were very useful and very clear. He was answering all the questions and solving the problems very quickly. The accommodation itself was very clean and comfortable. We had everything what we needed: TV, fridge, washing machine, bedding, towels, all the dishes to prepare the meals and even a few sets of terrace furniture. The location was great - not far from Naples which could be reached by different kinds of transport. It was a very nice starting point for all the most interesting attractions in the area such as: Pompeii, Vesuvius, the coast of Amilfa, Capri island and many others. Our stay was before the season and we didn't have the opportunity to use the beach, of which there are plenty in the area. And finally, the cherry on the top - the view from the huge terrace was breathtaking, beautiful over the entire bay. I highly recommend this place.Thank you Marco

The accommodation is really nice, recently renovated, equipped with every comfort. I did not take advantage of the comfortable outdoor spaces, as it is winter, but thanks to the advice of Hazuki and Marco I visited many beautiful places and took advantage of the busy calendar of events organized on the island, during this period of Christmas holidays. I'll definitely be back in the spring. Highly recommended!

Carmen's place is close to the Port, is very spacious airy and sunny, and Carmen went out of her way to make things easy for us. Ischia seems relatively little known as a destination for British tourists but with it's hot springs sandy beaches and gelato it's a Mediterranean idyll with Naples and Pompeii a short boat trip away. however best to plan a period in Naples and a period in Ischia as the crossing is fairly expensive especially if you are a large family.

What a beautiful villa! Exceeded our expectations. Alessandro was so helpful with lots of tips on places to visit and restaurants to try. Loved our stay!

Perfect for our small family reunion. The 20 by 9 metres swimming pool (depth over 2 metres) was the centrepiece of our daytime activities and was kept immaculately with cleaning every morning. A huge choice of secluded sitting areas to relax, chat, eat or just daydream. The two kitchens on the lower floor were fully equipped, but it was so easy to have pizza delivered or to stroll to restaurants that we didn’t need to make use of them. The established gardens provided a beautiful backdrop to this corner of paradise. We were delighted by everything.

Very nice and clean apartment in a good location close to bus, shopping and restaurants and bars (though a little quiet in the month of October). Quick and helpful communication from Roberto - we were very happy with our stay

We had a great time despite the fickle weather. Francesco welcomed us very warmly and informed us of all the places to visit. He was super and caring. We went to Ischia the week before Easter and so the property was still in preparation for the season and the pool was closed because the water was too cold for the period. The apartment offers a beautiful view on the port of Ischia and met our expectations. Just like the really beautiful communal terrace and offering a great view of Ischia. Small downside however, it would really be necessary to renovate the showers and especially the knobs. There was no pressure and when you are five people, it's a bit complicated and long. Similarly, a little more supply in the kitchen would be welcome like tea towels for example.

very nice villa with an amazing view of Ischia and the surrounding islands. super nice pool. very spacious and relatively well arranged villa. giovangiuseppe welcomed us, advised and even offered breakfast. we highly recommend the house although it is quite expensive

Paco Residence is a beautiful hostel, the pools are fantastic and Paco is a wonderful, responsive and friendly host. I would highly recommend Paco Residence for anyone thinking of coming to Forio.

The place is small, but cozy. Big terrace, where you can cook! 3 swimming pools, extremely well-maintained, not crowded, only for residents. Overall the place is great for vacation, public beach just 2 min walk! Enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

Tina's apartment was perfect! What stands out is how fresh, new and renovated the apartment felt. That's difficult to experience in Southern Italy and let alone on an island. Tina must have updated the accommodation with comfortable bedding, large spacious wardrobes with hangers, updated kitchen and loved the bathroom (isolated, smart design, large shower, large mirror, large sink, plenty of shelving for toiletries), beautiful dome shaped ceiling, with excellent wifi and AC. Also, a lovely balcony in the front and back for spending evenings staring out at sunset and the sea, with a tasty glass of Ischian white wine. Btw - the view is 'the postcard view' of Castello Aragonese d'Ischia! Therefore as a guest – after returning from a long day in the sun – you truly feel the newness, cleanliness and 'home' feeling staying here. Tina, as the host is also excellent. She treats her air bb the same as her guests - 10/10.

We had a great time at Erika's place. The apartment is well equipped and especially has a terrace sheltered from the sun which allows you to eat outside and enjoy the incredible view. Erika had a lot of care for us. She even picked us up from the harbor. We recommend the location!

They are wonderful, always ready to help me and give directions, since I only speak Spanish, I felt at home. The beautiful stay as well as its surroundings and the transportation very close (metro). Totally recommended! 😄

This is a gem of an apartment - it feels like home and it’s very private with a beautiful terrace and spacious accommodation. Everything you need is provided …including washing machine . The communication was brilliant at all times .Lacco Ameno is simply beautiful and well served by busses and also ferries from the next town which is walkable to Procida . We would definitely stay here again . Thank you to all the family for making our stay so perfect .

The house was very welcoming, exactly as described. Located in a good location, convenient for easily reaching the main points of interest. Everything was clean and tidy, and I found every comfort necessary for a pleasant stay. Really positive experience, I recommend it!

Raffaele and Theresa were exceptionally welcoming and helpful hosts who made us feel very much at home. The apartment is in a very convenient location with beautiful views onto the harbor. The accommodation met all our needs. On our final day our ferry to Sorrento had a late departure time and Raffaele kindly allowed us to delay our checkout time. We were very satisfied with our stay in the apartment. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed staying in this very comfortable apartment. Right from our first step inside we felt at home. Marcello has gone above and beyond to think of everything to make your experience delightful. Coffee, tea, milk, juice, cereals, pastry's... so many things to have a leisurely breakfast before venturing out for the day! The furnishings are not only comfortable but tastefully arranged. The bed was super comfortable as well. Extra linens were provided. The location of the apartment was very walkable to many restaurants and shops as well as the marina area. We also caught the train to other towns. The road the apartment is located on is busy and can get a little noisy. The only negative would be if you are sensitivit to smells. The building is old (lots of great character!) so it has a musty smell. Small price for a great accommodation.
