Waterfront vacation rentals in Ischia

We had the pleasure of staying at Marco's house with our 3-year-old son, in addition to the warm welcome of the host, who was always available, not failing to provide us with useful tips on Procida, we immediately felt at home. The house exactly matched the photos and descriptions, with the plus that, in person, from the beautiful patio with garden, you really enjoy a wonderful view of the sea (the beach is really a 1-minute walk away, just enough time to walk the driveway and turn the corner), immersed in a secluded area of Chiaoiella where quiet and nature reign, while at the same time being well connected with the rest of the island thanks to the bus stop within walking distance. In the evening and in the morning, it was priceless to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. There is no shortage of restaurants, takeaways and bars in the surrounding area. An unforgettable stay that we certainly feel we can recommend to anyone, thanks also to Marco.

The home itself and the view from the terrace are phenomenal, but the experience is truly heightened by Giuseppe, who took us from the port of Ischia on check-in day and back to the port on check-out day, and was also helpful with tips and recommendations for the area. The location itself is a bit isolated from a lot of what the island has to offer, but the bus service is nice, and we were looking for something secluded and quiet, so for us this worked quite well.

I thank Maria for the exquisite hospitality and I plan to return, excellent value for money.

Perfect! Already counting down the days until our next stay. The apartment was impeccable - very clean, convenient location, and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and provided great recommendations. She truly made us feel like we were at home. We especially enjoyed the balcony with a view and comfortable beds. It was great to have two bathrooms as well. We got lucky with street parking (free!), but the two nearby garages were convenient, if needed. Highly, highly recommend!!

Lovely place, the apartment was perfect and clean with views over lake .But be prepared for the stairs if you have heavy luggage since the building doesn’t have lift and also had issues with the WiFi that’s wasn’t resolved while our stay.. A bit tricky for parking because no free car parking near the apartment, don’t get me wrong plenty of spaces to park but a bit costly if staying for a few days. The town is lovely and is very close from the apartment and has all the amenities close by. The beach is close by at walking distance from the apartment and is really good and clean but be prepared for the costly restaurant in the beach.

We had a great time at Alessandro's apartment. The space was impeccably clean and perfectly equipped, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, just in front of the train station, making it easy and quick to get to Naples. Another nice advantage: parking just down the building, very convenient for those traveling by car. And a good restaurant just downstairs. Small point to note: the sofa bed is more suitable for one person, because as a couple, sleepers tend to slide towards the center. That said, everything else was perfect. We were lucky to spent a week in this wonderful place. The sea view from the bedroom and the (not private, but very quiet) terrace behind the little house is breathtaking. The hosts are very nice, the flat provided everything we needed. Thanks to Antonio and his family for offering this little gem to guests! We are hoping to be back one day.

Antonella was so helpful and flexible with the check in/check out process. The place had great natural light and a beautiful view of the ideal classic Italian street, water and castle. Had easy access to the bus stop. Would stay here again and recommend.

Stayed very well. Maria's explanations were very clear. The apartment is located right next to the bus stop. Very easy to get to. The little harbor next door is very cute!

I couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay , Maurizio was so helpful and even organised a boat for us to rent! I will definitely be back.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Annamaria’s place was spacious, homey, well stocked and had a lovely outdoor patio. The place is even better than the photos! She gave great recommendations for activities around the island as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful apartment on the port of Chiaiolella, just steps from the beach and Vivara. Kind and flexible owner, everything clean and well-stocked. Our family of 5 had a great time, both children and adults!

THANK YOU ANNA! Sant’Angelo is a lovely location, a little village on its own within Ischia Island. There is a small but authentic fishing fleet, but be warned - this is definitely a summer town only. We were a bit shocked the first afternoon we moved in - not a shop or cafe open! Fortunately Anna had been soooo generous- there was a bottle of Prosecco, eggs, strawberries, tomatoes, homemade jam, fruit, juices, coffee, milk, different types of bread, butter plus a cupboard full of condiments and sauces - so we did not starve. Over the next couple of days the village gradually opened up, to the extent we found it hard to leave this area (also serviced very well by taxis and the local bus). Anna’s home is a delight - it looks as if everything is brand new. There are sooo many windows and a lovely balcony, and views from every window. It’s very close to everything in Sant’Angelo. The home is very thoughtfully prepared - umbrellas, a sun awning, spare everything. Recommend!!!!

What a Jem! Harbor front with an absolutely Amazing view. In the Heart of a truly picturesque location. Quiet mornings turn to a bustling restaurant scene at mid day and evenings. Spoilt for choice of great dinning options at your immediate disposal. Or catch an Island boat tour from your doorstep. Very comfortable and sound proof accommodation with an uplifting decor/color scheme & well outfitted kitchen, which is an appreciated find while traveling. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful and strategic place.

Selena’s place was wonderful, what a great stay, amazing views, terrace and garden with a view and in the Sun at all hours of the day, direct access to a beach a 2 minute walk to the town very nice décor and spot clean. I highly recommend !

We so enjoyed our stay in Ischia!!! Valeria was so helpful and gave great recommendations and checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. The place was in a great location and very clean. Close to restaurants and all the shops!! We loved the island and will be back thank you!!

What an amazing vacation. Rose and her father were very helpful from everything to navigating cancelled ferry, renting scooters, laundry and restaurant recommendations. The view was spectacular and even though the apartment was in the center of town it was very peaceful. This side of the island is highly recommended.

We were greeted by Luigi Imma's aunt, a very kind lady. The apartment was very clean and in the most beautiful area of the island in front of the port and close to the center.

We stayed at Eleonora's place with our 5 month old baby and 4 year old daughter. Everything was perfect. Elenora's mother was so kind picking us up from the port and we were welcomed with delicious local wine amd water in the fridge. Eleonora was a super responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed including a baby bath and a playmat! The apartment was perfect. Big living space and comfortable bedrooms. The views from the large balcony and living room windows are beautiful. The location is great in Forio Town near lots of delicious restaurants, the beach and well connected with buses and the hydrofoil. A perfect stay! We would love to come again.

Our stay in Baia was fantastic. Marco as a host was amazing. First of all, the informations he sent to us before check-in were very useful and very clear. He was answering all the questions and solving the problems very quickly. The accommodation itself was very clean and comfortable. We had everything what we needed: TV, fridge, washing machine, bedding, towels, all the dishes to prepare the meals and even a few sets of terrace furniture. The location was great - not far from Naples which could be reached by different kinds of transport. It was a very nice starting point for all the most interesting attractions in the area such as: Pompeii, Vesuvius, the coast of Amilfa, Capri island and many others. Our stay was before the season and we didn't have the opportunity to use the beach, of which there are plenty in the area. And finally, the cherry on the top - the view from the huge terrace was breathtaking, beautiful over the entire bay. I highly recommend this place.Thank you Marco

Vito and Daniela's place was perfect for our time in Forio. The remodel was beautifully done with a clean and modern feel. It is in a great location with café's, restaurants, bars, shopping, and the Port of Forio all a short walk away. There are 3 amazing beaches within a few miles of the condo as well. Vito gave us amazing recommendations that made us feel like locals in this vibrant and welcoming town. We would love to come back and stay at Vito and Daniela's place again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and convenient place to stay while visiting Forio.

The apartment is perfect for watching everything going on in the Harbor and the beautiful sunsets. There are restaurants right next door and plenty of others easily walkable. A great place for a little vacation! Highly recommended!
