Beautiful apartment in a strategic location. The apartment is very functional, new high-quality equipment and plumbing. Comfortable beds. Supermarkets 100 meters away, bus and the best pizzeria under the house. Absolute silence at night. The owner solves problems within minutes. Provides access to the thermal pool of the nearby hotel, which greatly adds to the value of the apartment. Highly recommended!

Rarely do you find a place that is better than the photos! Truly a beautiful home that made our vacation one of the most relaxing and memorable. It is walkable to the town and fully stocked for any fun you may want. Highly recommend staying here!!

Simply AMAZING! Staying at Adriano’s place is one of the best experiences we’ve had. Yuri welcomed us warmly and helped with bags and everything! Was very nice and provided great local recommendations, helped us book a car upon arrival in the port.. we cannot thank him enough for everything! And the place is way better than in the pictures! Calm, amazing views, clean .. our 2yo really enjoyed the stay and started calling the house “his home” 😂.

Fantastic location. There were 3 generations staying and something for us all. Swimming pool was great. Lovely balcony overlooking the sea. We really enjoyed this place and would thoroughly recommend it

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Stunning views from the balcony out to the port. The room was lovely, light, airy and clean with all amenities needed. The hotel is a short stroll to the main town, and the bus station where you can hop on a bus and go anywhere on the island. Such a great location, peaceful and quiet. Francesco was the most amazing host, could not praise him more. He picked us up from the port and dropped us off, always so kind helpful. A perfect stay in a beautiful place! 😁

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs around the world, and this is easily one of the best. It’s basically a private villa with exclusive access to the pool and jacuzzi—we thought they were shared, so that was a great surprise. Ilaria and her partner greeted us at check-in, gave us a tour, and even came by daily to clean the pool. The location makes it a bit tricky to get taxis or Ubers on the spot, but if you schedule ahead, it’s no problem. Also, ilaria and her partner offer to drive us in case we couldn’t find a ride. Definitely would stay again.

The neighbourhood was peaceful and the hosts, who lived next door were quiet and respectful of our privacy. The garden and pool were stunning and cleaned and maintained daily. We enjoyed walking into Forio but the property is on a steep hill. So you would need transport, if you had mobility issues. The restaurants and cafes in Forio were great. We found the Ischian people very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay in Ischia. The property was very unique and had amazing views. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The pool was so refreshing after exploring all day. Prices on the island are very reasonable and I would suggest adding to your itinerary.

A bright mini-house, in a very central area but at the same time secluded and quiet. Nearby: shops, restaurants, port of Forio, supermarkets, bus stop. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need (washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning, etc.) and also some extras (coffee, tea, salt). Responsive host, but not intrusive. Recommended

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Annamaria’s place was spacious, homey, well stocked and had a lovely outdoor patio. The place is even better than the photos! She gave great recommendations for activities around the island as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

What a Jem! Harbor front with an absolutely Amazing view. In the Heart of a truly picturesque location. Quiet mornings turn to a bustling restaurant scene at mid day and evenings. Spoilt for choice of great dinning options at your immediate disposal. Or catch an Island boat tour from your doorstep. Very comfortable and sound proof accommodation with an uplifting decor/color scheme & well outfitted kitchen, which is an appreciated find while traveling. Highly recommend!!

We had a very warm welcome on arriving by Stefanias' mother and an English-speaking lady. The Italian pastry they gave for us was wonderful! The location is perfect, near the beach and Negombo Park. Short to the town centre. The building is on a small street, but it was quiet and peaceful. The place is very clean and tidy, comfortable bed and nice sitting area. Very recommended.

The listing for the apartment was enough to make me fall in love with it even before I arrived, but it had never happened to me that the reality turned out to be even more beautiful and magical than I had already seen in the photos. This house and Procida really stole my heart, thank you for the wonderful opportunity and experience you gave us!

We had a wonderful stay in Procida. Both Marco and his father were beyond kind and helpful to us, we appreciated it so much. The transfers from the port were a huge help with two young children and lots of bags! And it just meant that we were immediately relaxed and could start our holiday on the beautiful Island of Procida straight away. I could not say enough good things about this place or the hosts. A one-off experience for sure.

We really enjoyed staying at Maria's. It was spring, so there was a lot of bird activity, since the terrace faces the top of a tree. it was very relaxing. Another review had mentioned the curtain situation, just to add a little more info, one of the rooms is created by a curtain, so there is shared audio throughout the appartment. This wasn't a problem for us and the whole space is all new, well furnished and beautifully done. We would stay there again.

This is an excellent listing and a Ilaria is a great host - super responsive and really helpful for checking in and out. Apartment is perfectly located to explore Ischia - bus station just a minute away and the flat is very easy to reach from the port, too.

Everything went perfectly! Even though the room was a little bit old, it was very clean and everything worked like a charm! Balcony had a great view. Hosts were so welcoming and took great care of us. Room was in very private area, but everything was close. I have nothing bad to say!
