Vacation rentals with beach access in Ischia

I had the pleasure of spending some wonderful days with my partner at Guiseppe's accommodation on the beautiful island of Ischia. Already at the ferry port, we were warmly welcomed by him and taken directly to the accommodation – a great service! Guiseppe was always helpful and even organized a scooter for us, which was brought to the accommodation and picked up again. The apartment is very clean, functionally furnished and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need – if you cook a lot, you should bring your own knife. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom modern and well maintained. The large terrace overlooking the nearby beach, which is just a staircase away, is particularly beautiful. In the low season, you are almost alone there in the evening with an almost magical light over the sea – simply fantastic. Under the property is a stylish bar with pleasant music that never bothered. Marinas place was absolutely fabulous. It’s a beautiful authentic Italian villa next to a beautiful beach with clear water. The nature of the location is hilly but it’s an old fishing village so this is part of the charm. No cars in the place. We couldn’t have had a nicer few days. The whole family loved it. It was spotless and communication was excellent. It felt like a real home it had everything to cook etc. thank you Marina!

Thanks again for hosting us! We had a wonderful stay in Procida and it was far too short. The accommodation was great, quiet and perfectly located for walking distance from the port. We did everything on foot on the island from the accommodation. Giuseppe is an extremely welcoming host, who gave us great recommendations. Thanks again! Kikko was really nice! He gave us good advises where to go at ischia. The flat is really nice and cozy and has everything you need. The surroundings are nice and quiet, you can even hear the waves in the night sometimes :) would defenitely stay there again.

I’m so grateful to have stayed in M+G’s comfortable and spacious apt. Truly, you can’t pick a better place! They met me at the port, and we walked roughly 10-15 mins. to their home while they gave me recs of restaurants and shops. The unit and their family home above rest behind a gate controlled by a transponder, and they gave me a transponder of my own and a key to the apt. Every morning, I enjoyed a slow and quiet start with an espresso I made in the full kitchen. Though the apt. is located in the center of town, the unit itself is quiet and peaceful. That said, if you want to be in the center of town, it’s maybe a 3-min walk. I appreciated using the washing machine, beach umbrella, and beach towels. Above all, I appreciated their kindness the most, especially our conversations, and I felt like a family member even before the end of my stay. So, book their place; be kind, courteous, and respectful; and allow them to help you get to know beautiful Ischia and its people.

The apartment is situated in a beautiful garden above Ischia Ponte. Immediate access to the sea from the bottom of the garden and a lovely spot for relaxing on sun loungers which was very much appreciated after a day of site seeing. The apartment had everything that I needed and Maria Rosaria had even added additional touches such and bug spray and deterrent candles. The apartment is a 15 minute walk to Ischia Ponte and 40 minutes walk to the Port area. Alternatively there is a bus stop immediately outside of the apartment gate. Probably not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs to get down to the apartment. Otherwise I'd recommend to others. Maria Rosario is a kind host and had some great suggestions for activities and restaurants.

We loved this Airbnb! We didn’t think it could be better than the pictures, but it definitely was. You are surrounded by the ocean, which is not just amazing for the views, but also for the sound :) we loved spending time in the garden, BBQ-ing, enjoying the outside shower, chilling in the sun or shade, watching both the sunrise and sunset… simply amazing!

Marco’s apartment was perfect. It is a very good size and well equipped. There are outstanding views from the terrace. On my arrival it was raining heavily & dark so I asked Marco if he could recommend anywhere nearby to eat. He made some good suggestions but also let me know he could arrange delivery of food from his own restaurant which is what I opted for - best choice ever !! The food and the service were outstanding so I did the same the following night. Marco was fantastic as a host. Whenever I messaged he responded almost straight away & was so helpful. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Procida & hopefully I’ll return.

Beautiful location by Spaggia dei Pescatori in Ischia. Viviana was responsive and helpful and her place was clean, large and nice. The bathroom is quite short and the shower may be tricky for someone over 6’.

One of the best Airbnb experiences in 11 years. Beautiful house with a mind-blowing view of the sea and the mountain. The host met us and helped us carry our stuff from the bus stop in his car. He was always friendly and quick to respond. The house has everything you need. The house is a little further away from the general busyness but not so far away that it was a problem - perfect. In any case, it is better to have a car or scooter to get around the island easily. Next time in Ischia, we would be happy to stay here again.

Maria is a fantastic host, very kind and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need, the outdoor space is very pleasant and functional for returning from the sea. The location is very convenient, very close to the sea (on foot), the bus stop, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

This was one of our favourite stays, the location is absolutely perfect! So close to cafes, restaurants, shops, ferry port and buses. For us, Forio was the nicest part of the island and having an apartment so close to everything was amazing! The apartment had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean…and a very comfortable bed! Meeting Vito upon arrival was an added bonus, what a lovely Man! He showed us on the map everywhere of interest in order to make our stay enjoyable. We had a fabulous time in Ischia, we are sad to be leaving! Thank you Vito and Daniela for allowing us to stay in your lovely apartment.

We absolutely loved our stay here at Anna's house - we didn't want to leave!! The balcony provides a great view of the port below, a great breakfast spot, read a book or have an evening cocktail overlooking the water. The bedrooms are spacious, the house was very clean, and everything is in order. Sant Angelo was the highlight of our week on Ischia. Anna is the sweetest host, she is so friendly and kind. She left us marmalade she made from her fruit tree, and she was so helpful with local recommendations. We are already talking about coming back next summer, we had such a relaxing and enjoyable time.

This was a top location at a 5-minute walk (although uphil) from the harbour where you find a great variety of terrfic restaurants. Ithe apartment is spacious and great outside sitting.

To begin, I have to start this review not on the house, but the hostess. Francesca is truly the best host I have ever had traveling through Italy for the last 10 years. She is kind, caring, informative, generous, talkative, and thinks of every detail. Fresh fruit on the kitchen table, coffee and a moka, eggs from her chickens, she even shared freshly made tiramisù and birthday cake with us! I feel that not only have I found the most awesome house on Ischia, but I made a new friend. Francesca is a SUPER~SUPER hostess. Now the house … the house is simply amazing! Starting with the terrace and the amazing sunsets we witnessed, the house is large and spacious and super clean. The kitchen is full equipped with everything to prepare a meal at home. The bedrooms are large and super spacious. Plenty of closet space to hang clothes, jackets, etc. The bathroom was perfect size, with shower/tub. Great towels and bed linens. Furniture is comfortable and modern. AC installed. Bella casa!

I do not know where to begin - if you are looking at this Airbnb and hesitating to go to Procida… stop hesitating and book this now. The island is unbelievable. The people are extremely kind and hospitable and Vicky & Tarcisio were no exception. We were greeted with such a warm and loving welcome upon arrival and it only got better from there. We felt right at home and realized this place was magical off the bat. The private beach in the back is breathtaking and the pictures do not do it justice. The breakfast every morning is served with a smile and is incredible. You can walk to the other side of the island in about 45 minutes. There is so much to see and so many gems - This place is absolute paradise! Thank you Vicky & Tarcisio! We will be back!

The apartment reflects the unique Procida style and features a beautiful balcony with a distant view of Terra Murata. It is well maintained, clean and fully equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Guests can also enjoy the garden, which is perfect for relaxing outdoors. We loved spending time in the apartment. The location is excellent, everything is close by and it’s just a 10-minute walk to the port. Ms Sofia is extremely kind and helpful. She gave us precise directions, which made our stay on the island of Procida truly wonderful :)

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! I stayed in Itala's accommodation for only 2 nights on the weekend of June 2. We had a great time. The apartment was exactly the same as the photos posted on the site. Perfectly clean and with everything you need for a longer vacation. The owner's responsiveness to messages sent is excellent and quick. The bus stop 7 is very convenient, 10 meters from the house. The fishermen's beach is 50 meters away. Really happy to have been able to stay with you. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful stay with Leonardo! It was perfect, short walk from the dock to the flat with my backpack on. Great restaurants downstairs, perfect for exploring Procida.

This is a really lovely apartment. It was very peaceful, and the spacious kitchen area was perfect for me and my partner to do some remote working. Andrea is a wonderful host, very responsive and generous. We loved staying here and hope to come again one day. Thank you Andrea!
