Beautiful apartment in a strategic location. The apartment is very functional, new high-quality equipment and plumbing. Comfortable beds. Supermarkets 100 meters away, bus and the best pizzeria under the house. Absolute silence at night. The owner solves problems within minutes. Provides access to the thermal pool of the nearby hotel, which greatly adds to the value of the apartment. Highly recommended!

Perfect for our small family reunion. The 20 by 9 metres swimming pool (depth over 2 metres) was the centrepiece of our daytime activities and was kept immaculately with cleaning every morning. A huge choice of secluded sitting areas to relax, chat, eat or just daydream. The two kitchens on the lower floor were fully equipped, but it was so easy to have pizza delivered or to stroll to restaurants that we didn’t need to make use of them. The established gardens provided a beautiful backdrop to this corner of paradise. We were delighted by everything.

What can I say about this slice of heaven? The view was the best I’ve seen. The little pool was perfect, the big outdoor table and bbq so inviting to use. Comfy beds, huge kitchen, clean bathroom. Just what me and my friend needed for a week’s holiday! A bit of a walk up a hill so be mindful of that. Easy to get there - ferry from Naples, then the no. 6 bus to Nik Bar (€14 for a week pass). 20 mins walk up to Trattoria Il Focolare (featured on Stanley Tucci’s programme) and 20 min walk down to Tenuta del Cannavale for a natural wine tasting. Rigtig dejlig og ren lejlighed med god beliggenhed tæt på bus, indkøb og restauranter og barer (dog lidt stille i oktober måned). Hurtig og hjælpsom kommunikation fra Roberto - vi var meget glade for vores ophold

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré une météo capricieuse. Francesco nous a très bien accueilli et nous a informé de tous les lieux à visiter. Il a été super et bienveillant. Nous sommes allés à Ischia la semaine avant Pâques et donc l'établissement était encore en préparation pour la saison et la piscine était fermée car l'eau trop froide pour la période. L'appartement offre une belle vue sur le port d'Ischia et a répondu à nos attentes. Tout comme la terrasse commune vraiment belle et offrant un super point de vue sur Ischia. Petit bémol néanmoins, il faudrait vraiment rénover les douches et notamment les pommeaux. Il n'y avait pas de pression et quand vous êtes cinq personnes, c'est un peu compliqué et long. De même, un peu plus de fourniture au niveau de la cuisine serait bienvenu comme des torchons par exemple.

We had a wonderful stay in Ischia. The property was very unique and had amazing views. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The pool was so refreshing after exploring all day. Prices on the island are very reasonable and I would suggest adding to your itinerary.

Appartement tres propre. Mais l’accès à la plage devrait être signalé comme difficile, en tout cas impossible pour une personne en fauteuil. Dommage que vous ne l’ayez pas signalé. Maria et Enrico ont été très réactifs et serviables. La piscine est moins engageante que sur vos photos. Le prix est un peu trop élevé, compte tenu des remarques ci-dessus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders in Erinnerung bleiben uns der herrliche Ausblick mit freier Sicht aufs Meer, die wohltuende Ruhe und die ideale Lage. Das kleine Häuschen ist ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort für entspannte Tage und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Pierfrancesco gab uns ausserdem wertvolle Tipps für kulinarische Entdeckungen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet; während unseres Aufenthalts gab es jedoch ein kleines Problem mit dem Boiler. Pierfrancesco hat sich schnell und unkompliziert darum gekümmert und eine tolle Lösung angeboten, sodass wir unseren Aufenthalt ohne Einschränkungen geniessen konnten. Vielen Dank Pierfrancesco!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Luana (5 personnes pendant 5 jours). Luana est très sympathique, communique beaucoup et fait tout pour que le séjour se passe le mieux possible. L'appartement est propre, confortable et spacieux mais un peu sombre (peut-être être un avantage en été quand il fait très chaud mais nous y étions en avril). Pozzuoli est une ville calme et tranquille. - Terrasse très appréciable pour le déjeuner - 2 salles de bain/WC - Appartement à 15 minutes à pieds de la gare de Pozzuoli - trains pour Naples très fréquents (trajet de 40 minutes pour rejoindre la gare centrale de Naples Garibaldi, 2.6 € ). De la gare centrale, trains pour Pompéi, Herculanum, le Vésuve ou Sorrente. - Bus 101 à 10 minutes à pied de l'appartement pour rejoindre le centre de Naples ou la gare maritime (trajet de 30-40 minutes). - Supermarché à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement - ouvert le dimanche matin

It's a wonderful quiet place with an amazing view. The co-host Alex was very helpful and available whenever we needed his advice. Definitely check out the restaurant down the road! It's an experience!

Piccolo appartamento funzionale all’interno di una residenza dove vivono Lello e la sua famiglia. Sarà sua mamma ad accogliervi e a fare in modo che vi sentiate a vostro agio. Alloggio vicino alla spiaggia e a tutti i servizi. Grazie!

Die Woche bei Adriano war sehr toll. Wie wurden herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns gleich wie Zuhause. Adriano hat uns auch Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und alles genau gezeigt. Zudem konnten wir für einen kleinen Betrag unser Auto auf einen privaten Parkplatz stellen. Forio hat uns sehr gefallen und wir würden immer wieder in dem modernen Airbnb von Adriano unterkommen.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, ein Kind, 9Jahre) hatten eine schöne Zeit, und die Unterkunft und Außenbereich waren größer als gedacht. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man konnte alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das einzige was etwas gestört hat, waren der unbeleuchtete Weg zum Haus und die "unaufgeräumte" Nachbarschaft. Schönes Haus und zu empfehlen!

We had a great time at Giusi's place! The views over Ischia from the terrasse and garden are truly astonishing and there is ample space to sit and relax, especially in the very large garden. The kitchen is also good for cooking for a group. We were doing a "workacation" there and the place was very suitable to this. You can also be quickly to Forio or Sant'Angelo with a car ; several hiking trails start from the village Serrara Fontana. Although we didn't use it, it seemed well linked to the bus system as well. Finally, Guisi was very nice, reactive and helpful when we had questions or issues, and gave us great advice. We would really recommend this place!

Appartement spacieux, d’une propreté irréprochable, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer, encore plus magique au coucher du soleil. La literie est très confortable, l’espace de rangement généreux et le quartier très calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la communication facile et rapide avec Viviana, toujours disponible et bienveillante, qui nous a grandement aidés lors d'un imprévu. À quelques pas, on trouve un arrêt de bus, des petites épiceries parfaites pour les petits-déjeuners ou les pique-niques, ainsi que deux bons restaurants. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés !

Mi sono trovata benissimo nell’alloggio di Ilaria. Posizione strategica vicino al porto e alla stazione degli autobus da cui partire per visitare tutta l’isola. L’appartamento pulito ordinato e ben arredato, sarà il mio punto di riferimento per la prossima vacanza sull’isola.

We had a wonderful stay here. It‘s a very clean and nice appartement in the best possible Location in Ischia. Close to the beach and close to Castello Aragonese. Ivan was also very polite and the communication was very easy. He also gave us good tips for food and activities. All in all we were more than happy and really can recommend it.

Le logement de Maria est conforme à la description. Nous cherchions une vue imprenable, nous l’avons eue, ainsi que le calme. La ligne de bus C2 dessert le quartier.

What a Jem! Harbor front with an absolutely Amazing view. In the Heart of a truly picturesque location. Quiet mornings turn to a bustling restaurant scene at mid day and evenings. Spoilt for choice of great dinning options at your immediate disposal. Or catch an Island boat tour from your doorstep. Very comfortable and sound proof accommodation with an uplifting decor/color scheme & well outfitted kitchen, which is an appreciated find while traveling. Highly recommend!!

Raffaele and Theresa were exceptionally welcoming and helpful hosts who made us feel very much at home. The apartment is in a very convenient location with beautiful views onto the harbor. The accommodation met all our needs. On our final day our ferry to Sorrento had a late departure time and Raffaele kindly allowed us to delay our checkout time. We were very satisfied with our stay in the apartment. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento persino più bello che in foto! Pulitissimo, ordinato e soprattutto nuovo e attrezzato. La madre di Roberto, disponibilissima, ci ha accolte prima dell'orario previsto dal check in e ci ha proposto di restare anche oltre il check out se ne avessimo avuto bisogno. La posizione è ottima, si trova a pochi passi dal corso principale di Forio e dalle spiagge di Cava dell'Isola, Citara e Chiaia.

Bellissima struttura, pulita e ben curata. Dispone anche di una terrazza comune, la quale offre una splendida vista sul mare. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e cordiale. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
