Beachfront vacation rentals in Ischia

we had a lovely time at Marella's place. we were 3 couples and Marella arranged all the single beds to be double beds which was fantastic. the house was clean and full of light. the kitchen was well equipped so it was easy to cook. the area of ischia port is lovely, lots of restaurants and close to the beach. Marella was super nice and everything was really great. The place felt like home, and hopefully we will be back. thanks a lot for everything!!!!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Annamaria’s place was spacious, homey, well stocked and had a lovely outdoor patio. The place is even better than the photos! She gave great recommendations for activities around the island as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Bellissimo appartamento sul porticciolo della Chiaiolella, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dalla Vivara. Proprietario gentile e flessibile, tutto pulito e ben fornito. La nostra famiglia di 5 è stata benissimo, sia bambini che adulti!

Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche in der genialen Wohnung von Gianluigi. Die Wohnung war einfach perfekt: wunderschöne Terasse mit Blick aufs Meer, ruhig, in 5min an einem schönen Strand, feine Restaurants, schöne Ortschaft, gute Wandermöglichkeiten,.... Ausserdem: die Wohnung hat die beste Ausstattung, die ich bisher bei einem AirBnB erlebt habe. Gianluigi hat wirklich an alles gedacht: angefangen von einem vollen Kühlschrank mit frischen Tomaten, Trauben & Birnen, über Toastbrot, Mineralwasser, Tee, Gewürze, Öl, Essig, WC-Papier, Notfallset, Duschgel,.... Einfach grossartig. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen.

Our stay in Baia was fantastic. Marco as a host was amazing. First of all, the informations he sent to us before check-in were very useful and very clear. He was answering all the questions and solving the problems very quickly. The accommodation itself was very clean and comfortable. We had everything what we needed: TV, fridge, washing machine, bedding, towels, all the dishes to prepare the meals and even a few sets of terrace furniture. The location was great - not far from Naples which could be reached by different kinds of transport. It was a very nice starting point for all the most interesting attractions in the area such as: Pompeii, Vesuvius, the coast of Amilfa, Capri island and many others. Our stay was before the season and we didn't have the opportunity to use the beach, of which there are plenty in the area. And finally, the cherry on the top - the view from the huge terrace was breathtaking, beautiful over the entire bay. I highly recommend this place.Thank you Marco

Hanni è un host premurosa, attenta e disponibile. Ci ha coccolato con regali buonissimi della sua terra. L'alloggio è confortevole, lo spazio all'esterno molto ben curato e accogliente. È centrale. Comodo da raggiungere e ci si sposta tranquillamente a piedi. Intorno si possono trovare tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Consigliatissimo.

I spent the weekend in Procida to photograph the procession of mysteries. I chose Leonardo’s place because it it looked very nice and was well situated. I wasn’t disappointed at all! The place is awesome. Very comfy with a nice bedroom, a pretty cool bathroom and kitchen. I really enjoyed the terrace with the view on the harbour. Leonardo is very cool. He waited for me at the terrace so I would immediately see where to go. Communication was always swift and friendly. I will definitely go back! A+++++

L’appartement est confortable et Antonietta est une hôte hors du commun, hyper réactive et d’une extrême gentillesse.

L emplacement est très agréable, accessible à pied, seulement il faut effectivement prendre connaissance de la pente a l arrivée. La vue sur la mer était fort agréable et la chambre spacieuse.

Rigtig dejlig og ren lejlighed med god beliggenhed tæt på bus, indkøb og restauranter og barer (dog lidt stille i oktober måned). Hurtig og hjælpsom kommunikation fra Roberto - vi var meget glade for vores ophold

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, très propre, bien décoré et tout proche de l'embarcadère. Le seul bémol mais de taille, les gros ferries ont semble t'il changé de point d'ammarage, juste sous les fenetres de l'appartement, et sont restés moteurs tournant de 22H à 8H du matin, les deux nuits ou nous sommes restés, pas de chance. C'était de fait, très bruyant la nuit. Pour le rest rien à dire tout était parfait.

Alles hat gut geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Rubina ist unkompliziert und schnell. Sie hat sich mehrmals bei mir erkundigt, wie es mir geht und ob ich alles habe, was ich brauche, da sie mich wegen ihrer Arbeit nicht selbst empfangen konnte. Diese Aufgabe hat Veronika perfekt übernommen. Das Studio befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Anlegestelle des Tragflügelbootes, das von Neapel abfährt. Geschäfte und Restaurants in Forio sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich vor dem Haupteingang und der Strand ist gleich nebenan. Am besten haben mir das hauseigene Thermalbad und die beiden Außenpools sowie die schöne Gartenanlage gefallen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Ich werde diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Rubina, es hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

The place is small, but cozy. Big terrace, where you can cook! 3 swimming pools, extremely well-maintained, not crowded, only for residents. Overall the place is great for vacation, public beach just 2 min walk! Enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

Квартира с шикарным видом на море, находится в тихом месте, но нужно подыматься вверх по дороге. В 10 минутах есть рынок, магазины, рядом автобусная остановка, очень удобное расположение. По утрам кукарекал соседский петух, но это не мешало. Мы чедесно провели время на острове и с комфортом отдохнули в квартире. Спасибо, Франческа, буду рекомендовать Вашу квартиру.

Un bellissimo appartamento, in magnifica posizione lungo la,vecchia strada a gradini che da Testaccio scende alla spiaggia di Maronti. La vista dal terrazzo è spettacolare e spazia dal mare a Sant'Angelo a gran parte del versante meridionale dell'Isola. Spazioso e comodo per quattro persone (stringendosi anche per cinque). Il mare si raggiunge a piedi, con una discesa di dieci minuti. Un'ottima soluzione per chi ama questa parte di Ischia.

This was our second trip to Filomena's apartment, and to Ischia, which speaks for itself! The island is magical, and the flat is the perfect base to explore from - 2 minutes walk down the hill to the beach, a great bakery and bus routes all around the island. All that the town centre has to offer is nearby, but the flat is in a peaceful block with lovely gardens and pool, and it's own spacious private balcony. Simple and clean, with everything you need. We had a lovely holiday at Rosa's place. The nearby beaches / restaurants are walkable (5-10 mins), as is Forio town 20 mins away with more shops, culture, beaches and restaurants. Rosa's place was roomy for the two of us, with a kitchen that did us well for self catering a couple of meals a day. The bed was comfy (two singles together) and the view is amazing. It's nice and private, with a separate entrance to the top floor apartment. Rosa was super helpful all the way through our stay, from local recommendations, to arranging our collection from Forio port and help with booking a scooter, and sorting us out with a taxi on our departure day. There are a few local mini markets within walking distance but we'd recommend the one at the north end of Citara beach, it's a short walk from the apartment, and while a little pricey it was the best stocked. Other highlights of our stay were: Giardini Poseidon thermal spa; Sant'Angelo; beach at San Montano; Pithecusae Museum; Giardini Ravino.

Vi hade en väldigt bra vistelse! Mycket bra och rent boende, vacker byggnad med stuckatur och ett vackert limeträd på innergården. Värden Maria var så hjälpsam med allt ifrån en snabb och enkel incheckning till hjälp med att hitta goda restauranger. Forio är en pärla som vi blev helt kära i och vi bodde mitt i den. Massor av goda restauranger bara ett stenkast ifrån boendet samt super nära Chiesa del Soccorso där vi såg den vackraste solnedgången!

THANK YOU ANNA! Sant’Angelo is a lovely location, a little village on its own within Ischia Island. There is a small but authentic fishing fleet, but be warned - this is definitely a summer town only. We were a bit shocked the first afternoon we moved in - not a shop or cafe open! Fortunately Anna had been soooo generous- there was a bottle of Prosecco, eggs, strawberries, tomatoes, homemade jam, fruit, juices, coffee, milk, different types of bread, butter plus a cupboard full of condiments and sauces - so we did not starve. Over the next couple of days the village gradually opened up, to the extent we found it hard to leave this area (also serviced very well by taxis and the local bus). Anna’s home is a delight - it looks as if everything is brand new. There are sooo many windows and a lovely balcony, and views from every window. It’s very close to everything in Sant’Angelo. The home is very thoughtfully prepared - umbrellas, a sun awning, spare everything. Recommend!!!!

Appartement tout à fait conforme à la description et fonctionnel, cadre très calme et proche du bus. Nous sommes ravis de ces deux jour passés dans l'appartement de Gabriele!

The lift made our stay in this third floor with its magnificent views so easy. It’s very close to the very pretty main street where all the shops are open until late. Even though it was bad weather when we were there we really enjoyed it.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, ein Kind, 9Jahre) hatten eine schöne Zeit, und die Unterkunft und Außenbereich waren größer als gedacht. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man konnte alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das einzige was etwas gestört hat, waren der unbeleuchtete Weg zum Haus und die "unaufgeräumte" Nachbarschaft. Schönes Haus und zu empfehlen!

We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this place with a love of detail and a stunning view. Jeff is a really nice guy who always had helpful recommendations. We even got to pick our own lemons and mandarins from his trees every day.
