Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Isabella Lake

We loved it! Great place to relax after rafting. Would recommend for star gazing as well! The Perseids shower peaked the day we left, but we were able to see some crazy beautiful shooting stars on our last night. It was amazing :) Would definitely come back!

My family 10 adults 5 children had an amazing stay at Paul's home. There was more than enough room and the home is absolutely stunning. We're already talking about the next time. Thank you Paul and Tamara for being do responsive. We thank you!

Great place to stay. Host is amazing. We had a small problem and he went out of his way to fix it.

We stayed here for my brother’s bachelor party and it was the perfect choice. The Airbnb itself was put together very well. We were a group of 4 guys and were able to comfortably spread out—and could have easily fit another 2 before it started getting tight. The kitchen was very clean and had everything we needed to cook breakfast. The outdoor grill was great for brats in the afternoon. There’s a lot of thought put into making everything comfortable / accommodating. The host had probably the most detailed instructions (including YouTube videos from the house!) of how to do anything you might possibly have questions on—such as the evaporative AC. It’s a cool quiet neighborhood that’s very scenic on the south side of the lake. It’s a quick, easy 20 minutes to Kern where we did rafting and dinner at the brewery. There’s also grocery stores and a great little restaurant within 10 minutes. You save like 50% by staying here instead of kern for honestly more space which is great.

Stayed here with some friends for the weekend and had a great time! The house was beautiful and had an amazing outdoor space! Would love to come again!

Quito was great with communication and was quick to respond. Helpful and easy going. House was clean, comfortable and felt like home. Though there is nothing walking distance from the house, but the local attractions are just few minute drives away.

As soon as you walk into the place feels magical watta beautiful place is just pristine lots of quality work and detail will definitely need to comeback! The place the area are just a whole vibe beautiful!!! & spotless clean

We had a lovely stay at Cindy’s Airbnb. If you are looking for tranquility, wonderful views, and a perfectly appointed A frame cabin this is your jam. Cindy was incredibly responsive as a host, she has paid attention to detail in decorating the cabin and overall, it was a wonderful experience. It can be tricky to light the pellet fireplace, so come armed with YouTube videos to figure it out.

With just my husband and I staying at the cabin, it provided enough space for four comfortably. We choose the left bedroom where the plushiest queen bed awaited us. Best sleep we’ve had in months! The kitchen area was spacious and allowed for comfortable cooking and dining. We utilized the bbq grill and large deck for dinner and relaxation during our stay. The highlight of the cabin is the large creek on the back side of the property. The water was cool to touch with a nice sandy bottom, so there was no need for water shoes. It is kid friendly as the water doesn’t go much deeper than your legs at some points. It was a slice of heaven staying at the Shirley Creek Retreat. There’s just as much to do outside the cabin as there is in. Sharon was gracious enough to provide a list of outdoor activities in the surrounding towns of Wofford Heights that we took advantage of, including walking the Trail of 100 Giants about an hour drive north of the property.

If you want to stay in the peace and quiet of beautiful nature, but you don’t want to sacrifice your personal comfort, this is a great option for you! John’s place was family-friendly, kid-friendly and dog-friendly! We truly loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others and return. Thank you John!

Karen’s place was beautiful! It was very comfortable and well-stocked with anything we might need. It was the perfect little getaway with close proximity to the Kern River. We appreciated Karen’s quick response to any questions we had. We will be back!

I really enjoyed my time here with my family everything is near by restaurants and river , the house was amazing Laura has so many board games and fun activities to do in the home and the jacuzzi is a plus thank you would definitely come back

We had a great stay in this cabin! It's perfect for hosting two families! We cooked a lot and we could find everything we needed. Kids loved playing in the yard and climbing the hill! The cabin was clean and comfortable.

This is our 3rd stay here and we keep coming back because we always have a wonderful time. The view from balcony is gorgeous and you are just a short drive to Kernville. We also appreciate how clean the place is and the amenities to make the stay more comfortable like extra blankets, the patio fire pit, and kitchen ware.
