Our group of friends celebrated our 30-year high school reunion Sosa. This enchanting resort exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in the woods, this 120+ year old Kerala Tharavadu-style house offers a quaint, no-frills getaway from the city's hustle and bustle. The resort's rustic charm is beautifully preserved, with minimal essential upgrades that maintain its authenticity. Take a stroll through the woods and discover the serene river, perfect for a refreshing bath. The real star of the show is Manager George, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From waking us up for a river visit to arranging a massive dinner delivery, George's hospitality was exceptional. While the resort has an open kitchen, we recommend exploring local eateries, like the nearby Chaaya Kada for breakfast, and ordering lunch/dinner from KPM Residency. *Note: 3rd bedroom in outhouse*. Overall, this resort is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, rustic retreat without unnecessary frills

words fail to describe the beauty of the place. the place is wonderful. Ganesh is extremely helpful and the staff were also very very professional. our family had a lovely time. my baby dog ju also had a great time... the rooms are awesome..the pool is great lawn is spotless. we will surely visit again.. thank you Ganesh for all your support

The restoration of the property has been done beautifully – it’s evident that a lot of thought and care went into preserving the essence of the local architecture. The space feels authentic, well-curated, and full of positive energy. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and responsible, taking special care of even the smallest details in the house. The host were amazing and had a great time with them !!! Every element reflects passion and respect for the original structure, making the stay truly memorable. It truly felt like every penny spent was worth it. The home-cooked food was another highlight – delicious, comforting, and made with love. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the experience.

We were there to attend a wedding at Club 6. The place was close to the venue. We could enjoy only the mornings, very good and serene place, the peacocks and birds made our early morning tea session special. The host was very thoughtful enough to arrange for an iron box which we needed in the night of our arrival, as we had to prepare for the wedding next day. Overall a pleasant stay, though we were not able to spend much time at the property. Thank you Leena once again

Great place and locality, it's away from the main roads yet very accessible. They were in constant communication to make sure we reach the place without any. During my I understood they value privacy and very helpful. Great value for the money. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The place was lovely and as described! Area was quiet and peaceful. However, it would be helpful if host would mention any curfew timings for a smoother experience! Apart from that, it was a great stay :)
