Monthly Rentals in Ironton

The place was as described. It was very nice, clean and worked well for our group. I loved the deck and rocking chairs as the view was phenomenal! There was a sweet kitty that visited us on the deck and made us feel even more at home. We were a little worried about walking too much as it is noted it can be noisy for the downstairs guests, to be quiet. We were all adults so we were fine, but if you have little rambunctious kids I would not rent this place. Only negative feedback is please put Kleenex in your bathrooms. Not a deal breaker and I know many places to not supply tissues, but it’d be a nice touch. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

We had a great stay in this cozy and well-appointed condo in Ouray! The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to town but tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. A couple of things to be aware of: the unit above us was also rented during our stay, and we could hear quite a bit of foot traffic from above—our dogs thought we were under a herd of elephants! Also, the sprinkler system kept the lawn pretty wet and soggy, which made doggy bathroom breaks a bit of a muddy adventure. That said, we’d absolutely still recommend this place. It’s a great home base for exploring beautiful Ouray, and we’d love to come back!

The space was wonderful, great location, super clean, and renovated beautifully! Only couple flaws were the upstairs foot traffic noise, late at night and early morning, and the Google Home Nest that alerted us early morning with smoke detected (very loud). We ran out of toilet paper, which was no biggie with being able to walk to get more. Overall recommended! Thank you for the wonderful temporary space we were able to call our short time home!

This is a great Airbnb in an amazing location! We spent 5 weeks here in the winter with our dogs and loved it. The condo is spacious and comfortable. It is right downtown and walkable to anywhere in Ouray. Lots of extras that make living easy were included - dish soap, basic seasonings, towels (including swim towels), kitchen appliances like a toaster + blender, washer/dryer/detergent, etc... The wifi worked perfectly for remote work. And we loved the balconies with the amazing views! The only cons I can think of are that the noise from the street can be a bit loud at times (especially the snowplows and semis) so if you're noise sensitive, consider packing ear plugs. If you're picky about pots/pans, bring your own. We also packed our own Apple TV which was nice as the included TV setup was slow/older. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo! Lori is a great communicator and was very helpful. We really hope to make it back to the area again and will look to stay here first!
