House vacation rentals in Ipswich

We stayed at 6 Blyth View for one week as a family and we throughly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is part of a lovely estate in a very peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting with amazing grounds overlooking fields to the East so you can stunning sunset views. It’s a short drive from wonderful Southwold and several neighbouring villages with great pubs offering decent food options as well as lovely drives to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is perfectly equipped with all facilities working perfectly, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms offering plenty of storage space plus a perfect living room space and indoor and outdoor dining. Parking is situated close to the property. In addition, the (bookable timeslots) gym, swimming pool and games room were much fun and we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the attentive host for great support and communication when needed 🙏🏼

Van is in one of the best spots for views and privacy. Very comfortable with everything you need close by. Another fab stay.

Laura’s house is beautiful, it’s very private and the pool is fantastic. The house is cosy and spotless clean. The area is also quite nice, and there’s also a pub walking distance.

Patsie’s accommodation is unique and second to none. In the center of the delightful village of Nayland, facing the church spire and clock, surrounded by scenic footpaths.

The accommodation was clean and well put together. The house is very spacious and all the amenities listed are in excellent condition. All together the stay was worthwhile and the experience was amazing. The communication from the host was spot on and they were readily available to answer any questions.

We had a very relaxing few days in this very spacious, immaculate cottage. It’s in a small village with a pub & lovely walks in the countryside but only 10 minutes drive into Ipswich. The interior is beautiful, the owner has a great eye for detail. We felt at home as soon as we stepped in! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals & the beds were so comfy. We would definitely stay here again, thank you Julia.

Had a lovely long weekend at this beautiful house. Really comfortable bed and everything we needed was there. Lovely to sit and read on the decking. Lovely friendly pub over the road with lovely food.

We had a wonderful time at the Farriers House. Adam was exceptionally quick and proactive to communicate. He stopped in to help us check in, and a made time for a quick chat on another day. The local produce gift basket was a very nice touch. The house is wonderfully set out, modern but keeping some of the original features. The back garden, a great spot for afternoon drinks or morning coffee/tea. It is well located near to Ipswich, Shotley and Pin Mill. We visited all 3, as well as Jimmy's Farm and the Suffolk Food Hall, both less than 5min away. The Boot is very convenient for a swift half and we had a nice family lunch on one of days there. All in all, a great stay!

Really great stay here. Couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. They have thought of everything. Particularly for my son: knives etc. put out of reach, toiletries provided including baby safe products, booster chair provided as well as toys, books and access to the garden to play in. Really personable and made sure we had everything we needed but also flexible and left us to it for the rest of the weekend. Exactly what we needed.

We had a fantastic time at the Gildhall. It’s a really special place with lots of history and set in beautiful gardens. The surrounding countryside is lovely and there’s lots to do at nearby villages and good walks. We will definitely return

We loved visiting Harriet’s adorable cottage. It was even more lovely than the pictures and was so cosy and we felt at home immediately. She also provided us with a cake and juices/teas/coffee on arrival which was incredibly kind. Would absolutely stay again if we come back to the area!

The house was beautifully positioned/appointed with wonderful open plan living room and kitchen. bathrooms were all spotless, modern and well presented. Light, airy house with wonderful views of the surrounding sea. A special find, allowing good friends to enjoy some precious days walking and cycling in the glorious surrounding countryside. Host was very attentive and easy to contact - would highly recommend.

a quiet haven between the bustle of Woodbridge Town centre and the historic quayside. Convenient public parking, but go to the furthest away part of the Hamlin Rd car parks if you want the aal-day parking.

We booked this last minute as our team were working in the area. We are glad we did as it was a beautiful place to stay and we would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend at the old steam mill. Photos don’t do it justice - it’s even more spacious and beautiful in real life! Very comfortable and quiet, the hosts Mark and Celina accommodated us at very short notice and were lovely and responsive when needed. The garden was perfect to enjoy a drink and meals in the warm summer evenings and our dog loved exploring. It was everything we hoped for a countryside getaway not too far from London.

Beautiful property with amazing views of the countryside. Anthony was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The property is as lovely as portrayed in the photographs and the garden is a haven for wildlife. I would definitely recommend this property, it is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Great location for attending a wedding at Villiers Barn. House is really well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Gemma was really responsive prior to our stay and provided lots of useful information re the local area, places to eat etc. The hot tub was a big hit with all of us, particularly our 5 year old grandson!

What a lovely birthday trip with my son! Even though the weather wasn't on our side. Julia and Tim were great hosts and their communication was great. Also, their home was cosy, clean and they even had toys for my son to play with, which he enjoyed. Highly recommended!
