A must, very beautiful place that did not disappoint in anyway , clear and precise instructions on directions , what to do and where to eat. Felt like part of the warm family for a few days Apartment served us well and the back drop of the beautiful scenery was well worth the price . Our parking was just right outside the door . Had us a good few hours exploring the history of the tower and family tree Photo's don't do this place justice at all , do hope we can come back in the future THANK YOU ALL

We couldn't have chosen a better location to stay in Woodbridge as it was walkable to everywhere, and having the included parking was a bonus. Stunning Apartment with Sea View in Centre

This flat is relatively new with plenty of space for 4 of us. There are lots of cupboards inside to store away cases etc and plenty of kitchen space. The front of the flat has a small balcony facing E with sea views which was wonderful and very warm in the sunshine. This flat is also in a fantastic location. It is situated above a shop at the end of the high street and just above the seafront gardens in Felixstowe. At the time of our visit, the shop was empty which was a bonus. Depending on who takes on the rental below, the flat could become more noisy. We found that on Friday and Saturday evenings this spot was popular with young people hanging around and there was some noise well into the night but being higher up, it was not too bad with the windows closed. Access to the flat is via a small passageway around the back and up some open stairs to the back. This would be unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Parking is not nearby, you need to be able to walk for 5-10mins to park.

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

Teresa was very helpful and friendly. The accommodation is small but Teresa has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Nice surprise to have a great continental breakfast. Also good to have a Miller and Carter restaurant opposite. Good wi-fi. Quiet. Would definitely recommend this studio flat. Location is good for access to Ipswich and A12/A14. Teresa is definitely a superhost.

If you want a fabulous place to stay to explore Thorpeness and the surrounding area, stay here. It's absolutely fantastic, exactly as described and the pictures show. Stairs are steep to the main double bed, so if you struggle with that kinda thing, it's probably not for you. But family of 3, plus a pooch absolutely loved it and we will be booking it again. Claire the owner and her team in the cafe are great too, helping with any questions you may have. Claire owns the cafe below, which is delicious too.

Jo is a friendly host who responds quickly and made sure we were comfortable. Jo also gave good directions on the local area as well as food place recomendations. It is a lovely place with a lot of history around it. The castle is only a 2 mintue walk, and the park was beautiful. The House was great and exactly what we needed for the weekend

Such an excellent, modern, clean and beautiful place. Everything was just as described and the flat was immaculate. All the information was clear. Caroline's property is ideal for exploring the charming historic town of Bury St Edmunds. It is tucked away in a secluded spot, but only minutes walk from the central market square and the main shops and attractions. It was comfortable and all the things you require for a stay were available. I shall certainly try to book again when we are visiting my old home town. Perfect.

Lovely, cosy little place perfect for short stays. Very clean and tidy and decent location. Only thing I would say is be weary in the Winter. Unfortunately for us it was minus 3 degrees the day we decided to go, and the heating had not been on at all and it was very very cold in the flat, taking quite a while to warm up. But like I said it was a rare very cold day. Otherwise, very nice.
