The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

The Old Stables
On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

The Hideaway, Lark Cottage
The Hideaway is the perfect retreat from which to explore historic Pin Mill and the Shotley Peninsula, unwind with beautiful walks, bird watching and good food at the local pub or find a quiet workspace within a private garden surrounded by wildlife. The Hideaway is set across a private road from the main house and is 150m from the River Orwell. Walks in the AONB and National Trust-owned woods and heathland are on your doorstep. The Butt & Oyster pub is a few minutes walk away.

Willow Lodge, a most peaceful retreat
This is a perfectly cosy, self contained detached space in the county of Suffolk. It is a two mile distance from Ipswich train station and a few minutes stroll to parks and local amenities. There are lovely walks and cycle rides to surrounding villages and historic market towns like Colchester, Hadleigh, Kersey Lavenham and Woodbridge. The coast (Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh, Frinton, Felixstowe, Clacton, and Lowestoft) are all a comfortable 30 - 45 minutes drive.

The Cottage is at the end of a pretty tree-lined drive set in the 12 acre grounds of Street Farm. It is a beautiful setting with water meadow and streams, surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. The cottage is detached and well away from the farmhouse making it a wonderfully peaceful and secluded place to relax. There are many footpaths to explore straight from the Cottage, with both the River Deben and Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve in easy walking distance.

Great little studio apartment, bus stop outside the property with good access to Ipswich and Felixstowe, we are located within a 2 minute drive to Trinity park Showground, a 10 minute drive to Ipswich hospital, BT Martlesham, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, 5 minute drive to Levington marina, there are many restaurants, pubs and cafes all within a short drive away, For people who enjoy walking in the countryside, we have some lovely areas around us to explore.

The Millhouse Lodge
Light, bright outhouse conversion with private mostly dog proof garden, private entrance and dedicated off street parking. Ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area. This accommodation is in a rural residential area ideal for peace and quiet. Please can we ask that you cover the sofa with your own blankets to minimise dog fluff! Many thanks.
