This is a perfectly cosy, self contained detached space in the county of Suffolk. It is a two mile distance from Ipswich train station and a few minutes stroll to parks and local amenities. There are lovely walks and cycle rides to surrounding villages and historic market towns like Colchester, Hadleigh, Kersey Lavenham and Woodbridge. The coast (Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh, Frinton, Felixstowe, Clacton, and Lowestoft) are all a comfortable 30 - 45 minutes drive.

This rustic self contained apartment situated above a Cart Lodge. Accessed by steps (they are quite steep so probably not suitable for someone infirm), it is one large room with a king size bed, a lovely wood burning stove (wood provided), a well equipped kitchen area with dining table and chairs, a sofa and large TV/dvd/radio/cd. There is a small shower room at the end. There are a selection of DVDs and magazines for your use. There is no WiFi.

Attached to the house is convenient use of your own downstairs shower room/toilet & kitchen area. Cabin is also a games room so guests have use of table tennis, football table, dart board and games. Parking in road just outside house.
