Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ios

Couple 25,24 - UK Lovely little home with stunning views of the sea, great for the sunset. Aircon didn’t work the first night but once I let Sinead know (bob’s niece who was looking after us) they came around the next day when we were available, turned out it was just dead batteries in the control! Sinead kindly booked us a transfer from the port to the place and was very helpful when recommending places to eat and drink on the night time. The location of the home was perfect, 10 minute walk from the town centre and 15 minute walk to the beach using the stairs short cut that we had found on tiktok. Useful bus service, we stayed the first week of September and buses ran every 15mins stopping everywhere you could possibly want. The shower head handle was broken but apart from that couldn’t fault the stay we had a great time. Would definitely recommend to other young couples wanting a relaxing typical greek island experience with the opportunity to party.

Amazing host very accommodating helped with everything we asked for and we asked for a lot. locations is great less than a minute walk to the main area with bars. Loved my stay here will definitely rebook when I visit in the future.

A unique stay right next to the clubs in the Center of the town, but still quiet at night. Was a perfect location and fresh at night. The room had everything you need inside, and Takis and Lina were extremely nice and helpful! Would recommend to anyone I know going to Ios to book this room.

we couldn’t be happier with our stay in ios!!! our hosts nick and nancy were superb, they picked us up from the port and drove us to our accomodation. when we got to the property, they really took their time to walk us through it and give us local recommendations, and were so responsive and attentive throughout our whole trip, they even booked a taxi for us one day and drove us back to the port on our last day!!! the property itself was simply immaculate. it was so spacious, clean and had plenty of natural lighting, and a massive outdoor area which was perfect to chill and enjoy the stunning views surrounding the property. plenty of amenities, and amazing value for money. the location was also walking distance from the port and chora - we couldn’t have asked for more, thank you nick and nancy 💗💗

This spot in Ios is easily accessible in the Chora. It is tucked away with a gate for added security and privacy. Despite being near a lot of the nightlife, inside the unit was quiet, with no issues sleeping. The unit is very comfortable and has everything you’ll need for your stay. Μαρούσα is a great host, super responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Wow what a stunning place!! Absolutely beautiful location and spotlessly clean. Fantastic suite and brilliant facilities. 5 minute walk to the town of Chora for restaurants and shops. Debora and Peter were very friendly and hospitable too. Only a short taxi from the port. Very much recommended!

I wish every airbnb would have the same host! Evangelia is super kind, we have been warmly welcomed, she has been very helpful for everything and super recommandations. Romslig leilighet med fin uteplass. Lorna og mannen var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi fikk gode tips til aktiviteter og strender. Kort å gå til sentrum med masse restauranter og butikker.

Great house, location and host very responsive

Beautiful sunset view of Ios - in the Chora but also with enough privacy for a quiet night - and there is parking! Georges and Florence were great hosts. We had all the info we needed for a great stay and they were very responsive to all our questions. Would totally recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time at the Filaretis Studios starting from the time Thano's Mother picked us up and showed us in to the apartment. I cannot say more about Thanos and his mother who are so helpful and reachable all the time. The studio was as described . the apt has the best view of the Chairs from both the bedroom and the balcony. Bedroom had extra bedsheets, pillow covers and blamkets. Also had extra clean towels.The bathroom is a bit tight but we managed. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook your own meals. The stovetop was not working but was replaced with a portable one immediately as soon as I told them. I really appreciated the quick response from the host. The studio is just 2 mins walk to Rollon supermarket, Catania Del Mar restaurant that we loved and the Chora itself is 5 mins walk. Many restaurants were closed as we had gone there before Easter. Climb up the hill in the Chora to get a beautiful view of the entire island. Thanks to Thanos mother brought us some cakes too.

Margaret helped with transportation from the ferry to the place, she arranged it all for us. She made everything really easy for us and was very kind. The place is super nice and has a beautiful view, would highly recommend and definitely want to stay there again.

Philippo e Julia sono stati fantastici! Estremamente disponibili e soprattutto pronti ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta, ci hanno fornito tantissime informazioni sull’isola. Il punto forte della casa è sicuramente il terrazzo, grandissimo ed è molto bello guardare i tramonti. La zona è centrale, ci sono molte attività vicine ed è facile spostarsi a piedi. Super consigliato!!🫶🏻

Had an incredible stay at Nick and Nancy’s studio. The space was beautiful and well-appointed, making it the perfect home base for exploring Ios. Nick and Nancy were amazing hosts – they graciously picked us up from the ferry, gave us fantastic recommendations, and ensured we were familiar with the island before setting off on our adventures. They even went above and beyond by dropping us off at the port for our return ferry. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts for our first time in Ios. Highly recommend staying here!

Logement propre et fonctionnel avec une très belle vue sur la plage d’Agiassos (couché de soleil à domicile!). Le studio est mieux en vrai que sur les photos. George nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a donné de précieux conseils et adresses à Naxos. Nous les avons suivi à la lettre et nous avons passé un fabuleux moment sur cette île. Merci George!

The checkin process was a little confusing but they upgraded my room to be in their white pearl hotel suites and it had a pool, and amazing view, a free bottle of wine, and the room was amazing. 2 living rooms and 2 bedrooms.

The location is perfect, right off the ferry. Room as described, view from the terrace is amazing. Great location for both town or steps from water taxi to beaches and Kato island. Would highly recommend and will be back. Great host.

L’emplacement de l’appartement est magnifique, avec vue sur la mer et une plage accessible à pied en contrebas de la petite route. La plage est calme et belle. L’appartement est entièrement rénové, joli, agréable, bien équipé et confortable avec une belle terrasse aérée pour manger. Nous avons adoré le calme, la beauté des lieux, l’aspect authentique du village, où on mange très bien. Argyris a toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions. Nous avons loué une petite moto chez Maria pour se déplacer, ce qui est recommandé car l’île est tout en pentes et les routes petites. C’était facile et agréable. Prévoir un taxi pour vous mener du bateau au logement à l’arrivée. Nous rêvons de retourner dans cette maison!

Formidable logement : grand, propre, très fonctionnel, la literie est de très bonne qualité. Situé dans une zone au calme, les balcons sont idéals pour observer les étoiles, accès à 3 plages à pied en 15min, les 2 tavernes situées à quelques pas de l'appartement sont les meilleures que nous avons pu tester sur l'île L'accueil est parfait, nous avons même eu droits à quelques produits locaux.
