Vacation rentals with a patio in Ios

The space was comfortable for 4 people ,spotless everything in the apartment, we felt safe and the host was Great wish there were such people in this village!

very good place for one night, in the harbor, so there is no problem getting to the ferry. apartment as described, clean bathroom.

Margaret’s place is an amazing stay with a beautiful view of the ocean. Highly recommended and transport was organised by her daughter which was great to have as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This studio was perfect for my spring break! I will say if you’re coming here in the off season the island itself is verrry quiet. If you’re looking for some time off i highly recommend. I stayed during April and it seems that most of the places won’t open until about June! So keep that in mind. Thanos was very responsive and I was thankful for the flexible check out time. Miss Helena was also very accommodating! She picked me up and took me back to the port. Lovely hosts all around 🥰 I’d love to return in the future!

great location. walkable to anywhere you need to go, plus bus stop only a 10 minute walk as well so the rest of the island is quite accessible without a car. good aircon, we were very cool and comfortable.

Beautiful sunset view of Ios - in the Chora but also with enough privacy for a quiet night - and there is parking! Georges and Florence were great hosts. We had all the info we needed for a great stay and they were very responsive to all our questions. Would totally recommend staying here.

Hugh’s place was my favorite in all of Greece. The personal pool overlooking the beach was my favorite part of this place. My wife and I booked for our honeymoon and had the best experience. Hugh is an amazing host and was so helpful with everything to know about IOS and to make it a great trip. Thank you again!

Catherine exceeded every expectation, and the place was gorgeous. A few stairs down to the place (with valet luggage service) means it’s accessible, but you have some privacy for the tub and views! The hot tub was gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious every day. Catherine helped with some reservations (the catamaran sail was a favorite, and went above and beyond helping us recover delayed bags due to a tight connection in Athens. She also was highly responsive for questions, restaurant recommendations, and helping with storing bags/arranging transportation. This was truly a 5 star hotel experience, from daily cleanings and refills on coffee/water, to fresh and delicious breakfast delivered, in a stunning location. I cannot recommend this enough!

The place was very clean and in a great location near the center of the city. The host was great in helping to arrange transport from the port and back and allowing us to store our luggage after check out before we needed to leave. From the photos I knew not to expect a fantastic view from the patio so this wasn’t a surprise but you should know it looks out over the back side of the town and a road. Still very worth it because location is incredibly convenient and we weren’t planning to spend a ton of time there. Also I would be aware that the hot tub only comfortably fits 3-4 people. Something that could be approved is that there were not towels for the hot tub; we were only provided one bath towel per person for our 5 guests. Also make sure you buy bottles of water as there was none provided.

What can we say about Alexandros and Maria-Christina! Not only were they impeccable hosts, but their place is truly a gem of Koufonisia. The villa is amazing, with stunning views, ample outdoor space for relaxation, and exquisite design. If you're seeking an unforgettable stay in Koufonisia, be sure to book this place. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

The villa was great. I spent a lot of time on the rooftop terrace looking at the scenery and reading when I wasnt exploring the island. It is located in a peaceful semi-rural area but it is only 15 minutes to either of the two main towns of Fira or Oia. I heartily recomend the place. Ira was very responsive and helpful.

We liked the place very much. Location wise this is one of the best. All the attractive sites are just walkable. The place is very neat and clean. The place had enough space for our team of 6 people and a baby. Most importantly the Sunrise and Sunset can be viewed from just ouside of the main door, which is the USP of this place. However since this is a cave house and the pathway of the entrance is bumpy it is not highly recomended to any physically challenged or elderly people especially who is using wheel chair.

There is no better place to stay in Oia! This home was an oasis, as you step out of the bustle of the people clamoring to see the sunset...and relax on your private balcony to enjoy the views! Zak was a gracious host, arranging anything you might need! Our time on Oia was my favorite of our 12 day trip!

A gorgeous, cosy little house in an amazing village.

absolutely loved this place! would totally stay here again. and Marina was so nice and met us on the first day and the place has incredible views and walking distance to beach. wish we could have stayed longer!
